The "Tech" showed up at 8am and finally left at 7 pm with wires still all over the outside of my house as well as damage to the siding on my home.He left trash and cigerette butts everywhere and 1 of my tvs still dont work.Horrible Service.The inside of my home still is a mess of random wires as well as the electrical outlets he took off are still off.Her left a few tools inside myself with his mess.If anyone takes 11 hours to do a 2 ,3 hour job you know the are screwing up.I am totally unhappy with directtv and think they need to train their people alot better and each them all manners.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

DIRECTV Cons: Horrible customer service, Damage to home.

I had a receiver go bad and once I got the support person in India to stop asking me what error message I was seeing (none, since it wouldn't even power on) I finally got them to send me a replacement receiver. When the receiver arrived, I plugged it in and called to have it activated.

They activate the receiver, but deactivated one of my other working receivers. Another hour on the phone and they reactivated the other working receiver, but later that day it deactivated again, AND I got two emails from ATT. The first informed me a technician would be here on Nov 8, which I did not ask for or arrange. The second email informed me that I now had a new agreement that would come with a penalty if I cancelled early.

The replacement of a broken receiver is not supposed to affect the 12 or 24 month subscription. My other receiver remains deactivated and I don't have another hour to have ATT further screw up my service.

I use to love Directv. Now I HATE ATT.

I have talked to15 yes 15 people to get my service activated. Couldnโ€™t pull it off.

Iโ€™ve been a direct tv customer for 15 years. Iโ€™m done. I will stop watching tv before I will ever give att another dime of my money.

I suggest you do the same. Worst service ever.

You mean Filipino TV worst service I ever got they don't speak very good English and they don't understand English I'm done with them too

Wow. That is awful.

Direct tv contracts out all their wiring work. Obviously, they didn't do their due diligence when selecting that contractor. Take it up with consumer affairs and the BBB.

They will make it right. Squeaky wheel always gets the grease.

Why did it take so long? How many stories is your house?

Where are your tvs in relation to the lines needing run?

Were the lines new or were there existing lines already ran? Anytime wiring needs to go through siding there is going to be ***
