Told me I would not a coupon or anything. Called in and was told the first month I had to pay regular price and then the coupon would bring it down. Never said anything about early
cancellation fee which they put my
credit card. cost me $100 to reconnect cable. After several call and letters I am no closer to than I was when I started. I have considered getting a lawery and seeing if I can recoup my lose but I will most likely spend more than I will get. My advice is to never do any business with
Direct tv or any of it's affilates

I had exact same problem. apparently this is "standard operating procedure" for directv to "bait and switch." Why isn't this illegal? where are the so-called regulatory agencies - oh I know - reagan gutted them
