I still do not have HD service, Customer Service is 0, you talk to 100 people you have to repeat your case, they have notes but nothing is being done. Thye say I owe them money because I cancelled. I only had service for 10 days; I did not cancel. They were not able to install my HD dish! First they said I owe them $980+ !!! Did not get any bill or bills in the mail. If you think I'm making this up, I don't blame you because it's unbelievable! Nightmare! What's next? I still don't have service, no one is listening! Run! If I am you and you do not have Direct or have nothing to do with them, you're great! Keep it that way! Don't go near DirectV, run for your life ! This is unbelievable. Got new TV and all but no service; next is they'll say I cancelled. Giving them 10 days, if not,
