was a extra box since i had company coming just 5.00 a month extra after 2 months i called to cancel my account they said because of the extra box im locked in 18 more months or pay a extra 300 cancelation fee this should be stopped dish net dont a cancel fee or cox Do not Go with this company I told them i was never told this consumer service said they would send out a pamphlet since i informed them i never was told basicallically there response was too bad

When you upgrade to another receiver the agent tells you, upfront, that there is a commitment required for the upgrade and just like every other jackhole, you just ignore that fact and complain later about not being informed. Now I hate DTV for other reasons, that are valid. I dont hate them because of my own stupidity. Why don't you guys read your leasing agreement before you open your yaps and spurt poison. |
