After 7 years with Dish Network i moved to different city and I decided to move DirecTV, this is worst decision I ever made, DirecTV has the worst Customer Service, no respect at all for the consumer. I have contact the customer service to help on the problem on my service and they keep me sent to local rep and the local rep has no clue about the issue and I was told to contact DirecTV about the problem. My receiver is not working, I was informed that would take 3 days to get a new one but after 7 days I called then and I was told that the technician had not complete the order and they ask me if I still need a new one I had to request again. I DON’T recommend DirecTV, they have no respect for their Customer
