ARE YOU GOING TO LOWER OUR PAYMENT. YOU HAVE TAKING 17 CHANNELS OFF SO YOU SHOULD LOWER IT. WE DONT HAVE ALOT OF GOOD CHANNELS AS IS. OUR PAYMENT IS UNDER JAMES CANTRELL. IF YOU CANT LOWER THE PAYMENT THEN WE WILL START LOOKING AROUND FOR SOMETHING ELSE. WE DONT LIKE LOOKING AT COOKING SHOWS, AND HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT. SOME PEOPLE MIGHT LIKE WATCHING THAT. YOU NEED TO PUT ON SOME GOOD SHOWS. I GUESS THE NEXT THING YOU WILL *** THE LOCAL CHANNELS THEN I KNOW WE WILL CHANGE. WE STATED WITH YALL IN 2006. SO WE want some good channels or lower the payment.
give us back our channels. we pay enough monthly to not have our service interupted. many are going to change their service maybe me included if we don't get them back. I love directtv but will find another provider if this isn't changed soon. My grandson...

Here we go again. Direct TV Dropped all ViaCom last night. Of course if you call to complain, the standard company line is a deal could be done at any minute. If you read Viacom's side no talks are going on and none are scheduled. So now you end up paying your full amount but have 20 some less channels to watch. If you choose to opt out of their service, a penalty charge applies, they say you're breaking your contact. NO!!! Direct TV has broken their's. You pay for certain packages and you should get them for the length of the contract. I will be reporting this unfair practice to my State Attorney General, the press and the Better Business Group. I sick and tied of this company holding me hostage when they do not deliver on what I was told when I signed up.

Regardless of the *** match ya'll are having with VIACOM - I pay GOOD money to have my MTV and Nick Jr....I WANT THEM BACK IMMEDIATELY....this is TOTAL TOTAL TOTAL ***!!!! We will be calling DISH NETWORK TODAY!!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!!!! I just don't get how you, as a company, would allow something like this to happen...especially to millions of customers. This not only disturbs my normal household production, but also disturbs my 2 year old TWIN GIRLS that live for the shows on Nick Jr.....why didn't you get rid of the *** stations you provide me with each month....not the GOOD ones....UGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!

Just called you up. of course I would not get a live person to speak with. but you were certainly prepared for the backlash that your company caused. after NOT BEING ABLE TO VOICE MY COMPLAINTS, you conveniently ended the message by telling me you are doing everthing you can to keep us happy, what a load of horse dung. more wasted time on my part. i hope to see a big fat rebate on my next bill for the wasted channels and loss of my time for your foolishness. do you hear me????as they use to say to us in the military
I signed up for Direct TV based on the channels promised to me and the price. Now, suddenly, at 10 min until midnight last night, July 10, 2012, all Viacom channels are off Direct TV. Breach of contract and very bad customer relations! Will cancel satellite b/ c...

Viacom tried to raise rates on YOU & Direct TV told them "NO". Viacom removed the channels on July 11, 2012 when Direct TV would NOT pay an increase. Viacom (CBS network imbeciles) ran BANNERS using the standard, old Democrat party line of "it's only pennies per day" for the increase & it will NOT raise your payment (which is a lie). Viacom tries to bully Direct TV into a higher fee & that would be passed on to the CUSTOMER in their bill. (Sadly, most of the complainers don't understand this fundamental principle of economics. The final CUSTOMER always pays for rate/tax increases!) Viacom produces tons of bad shows & networks (*** TV, the racist BET & Dora), although the quality of Sponge Bob & Fairly Odd Parents are a clear exception. If you want to kiss the feet of Viacom & their Soviet style propaganda, then go ahead & be happy! When Viacom comes back to reality, those channels will be reinstated...they NEED the Direct TV $$$, badly. Have you seen the hideously bad CBS programming? LOL! Somebody needed to tell Viacom's Commisars to "SHOVE IT" & Direct TV had the guts to do it! If you don't like Direct TV, then PAY someone else's increased rates. Hurray for Direct TV!

Been a customer for more than 5 years.Was hit with a tornado April of 2011.My satelite equipment was damaged.I have the protection plan.Though I was out of my house for more than 5 months.Direct continued to bill me even after being notified.Even though I had the protection plan was told I would have to sign a new contract to get my service reinstated. I have been passed around from one office to another never speaking to the same person twice! False promises & hours on hold still no resolve.They are not accountable at all !!

After a lengthy research with the other dish companies, 3 months ago I chose Direct TV. There were certain channels that I watch on a regular basisthat I would received with D TV. What I'm saying is these channels are ONLY channels I watch. And now with less than a ONE day warning, they are gone. Before I signed the contract, I was assured of these channels. I believe my contract has been breached. If you don't honor your end of the contract, I will not honor mine. No one told me 3 months ago that you had a problem with VIACOM and I might lose them soon. It was purposely withheld information. I understand that rates change, but 3 months, (3 months) into a 24 month contract seems quite unfair to have to go without channels that were the only reason I chose you over other companies. No way am I going to stick it out. Across the screen you ran a number to call, but calling it was worthless................no one ever answered that phone. Yes, I am pissed!
