Directv in Stockton, California - Terrible customer service

Bottom line I signed up 1 year and 8 months I have gone through two broken boxes a third is now needed. I'm over it I want out of my contract and they won't let me cancel 3 months early!!!!!!!! I have wasted so much time already on the phone dealing with one person then transfered to another, All the be told I'm sorry we have absolutely no ability to cancel your service we can't break any rules. Well isn't there a rule that the service you pay for should actually work? Direct tv seems to not think so.

Directv in Austell, Georgia - Direct Tv sucks

Consumers looking to leave dishnetwork for direct tv please listen and stay with dishnetwork. Direct tv will conn you in with great prices and 1 yr to date your bill will spike by over $40. This has happened to me!! Not only does the audio cut in and out, but it lags alot. Feels like your watching an old jappanese movie. Customer service just says you know what you signed up for. Wow what happened to customer service!!! When you order over the telephone the people speak so fast its hard to understand everything they say. I assumed I wouldn't be treated this way. Next time I will listen carefully.

Directv in Dallas, Texas - False advertizing

First when I received the service I did it on line did not see cancellation agreement. and the service was awful when it storm the service would go out so I turned the equipment in. Now I am turned in to the credit company because I hated their service and never do it on line because you will be fooled and they never tell you how much it will cost to cancel. and now who fights for the little people are is it all cooperate greed just to make money not to help the cunsumer so I refuse to pay $403.49 for a service I never received

There's a big difference. Man up and accept the results of your choice.

BTW, of course sat service like DTV are going to suffer in storms. You're gonna lose signal between the sat and the dish.

If you don't want to deal with that, go to FIOS or Comcast. Then you can complain about their service.

direct Tv Sucks really bad and they are rip off artists? I wasnt happy with the service, I cancelledd it and they continued to charge me. I switched over a nd was using a different service and they continued to charge me. I asked them to remove their equiptment they failed to do so. This is a joke company!! The service was ok but they got a bad case of SOUR GRAPES WHEN i CANCELLED THEM. I asked them to remove their suff. I live In Florida we sometimes have a light sprinkle during the months of may till november. I am not going to be held responsible for their quiptment if it flies off in a god *** hurricane. Directv in Albuquerque, New Mexico - Direct TV takes advantage

I signed up for direct tv and bundled with Century Link but because the installation was wrong initially because of their error they will not honor the Direct TV price and are charging us for all kinds of add ons like the HD Dvr and Reciever. When I called to ask why they admitted it was their error for the instillation but that I still needed to pay full price as I have passed the proce savings deadline. They can't correct the issue that I will need to call the president of the company. TOTAL SCAM and Ripp OFF and Im stuck with them for Two years or else I HAVE TO pay over 20 dollars a month until the contract ends.!!!

I signed up for Direct TV. They are a scam. They will lie to you and charge you all kinds of money that you don't agree to. They pull money out of your account when ever they feel like it. My salesman told me not to worry about the rebates and that he would take care of it all. this is not true. My bill should of been 58.00 and they took 90.00 out of my account without asking. Every one you talk to you will get a different answer. Do not go with Direct TV. Also they ran wires all over my house and did not even hide them. Its looks trashy.

Directv in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Directtv wont work with customers.

I was a few days late on my bill, when I first signed up I asked for direct billing, so as not to have to call and pay. They did it for a few months but then they started taking it out on different dates then originally agreed upon. So the payment was not honored. This was the start of a bad relationship. Now they have suspended my service after almost 3 years with the company. And refused to let me speak to a supervisor to get my service turned back on till I could pay on wednesday. Needless to say called dish installation this week.

Directv in Atlanta, Georgia - Bundling problems with direct tv & at&t

I got a 2 yr agreement with direct tv & at&t to have dsl internet and choice xtra bundled together for a certain price. That was 6 months ago and I have not seen it yet. So far, I am paying twice the quoted price. When I contacted direct tv, I was first told that I did not have a bundling agreement and was not eligible for one. When I spoke with the next rep, I was told that they were waiting on at&t to respond to the opt-in request. I was told to call at&t and speak with an integrated service specialist. When I called at&t.. they told me that there was no such person and that I should contact direct tv and not them. During these economic times, I cannot afford to continue to pay at these rates. They can come get their *** and screw the contract. They can't get what I haven't got.
