Direct then proceeded to try to cancel the service as if they were doing it for unpaid bill. I had called and canceled service a full 6 weeks prior to that. I want them to credit my account for the charge for service not received.
Original review posted by user Oct 07, 2019I had a house fire and had to move out of my home. I called Direct to explain and asked them to suspend my account until I could get back in my home. They kept trying to give me different dates for service to stop. I told them the fire was on 6/26/19 and that should be the stop date. They said they had already billed me for the next month and I needed to pay that. My bill was paid for service received. I told them I should not be billed for something I couldn't use.
