Had AT&T wireless phone, signed up for Direct TV.
Tech installs AT&T -Direct TV-Jun 2018. (perfect all 3 TVS great picture)
1) Cannot get any channels to download demand content HBO, HIST etc. Tech and support tell me it takes about 24 hrs to kick in .
2) June 2018, Im able to log into AT&T to see billing, goto Direct TV to view content , but a secondary AT&T login box pops-put in my user/pass then says not avail and an error 500 code come up in email address bar with a black screen.(duplicated on 3 pcs, tablet and iphone)
Called 4 different times- same stupid script they run:
Please Log into AT&T oh does not work lets change to a new password.
lets try logging into Direct TV web site instead

Reboot the Direct TV main box twice than in 24 hours all demand ....
I think somewhere on the backend server AT&T does not have the correct credentials or I'm block needs to be reset. Their technical support REFUSES to get a higher level of support to assist.
Cannot cancel without paying a nice fee.
Looking for someone to step up at AT&T to get this corrected
