I started losing had channel and then localover contracts then I ordered the Sunday ticket and missed first two games that aired on local that didn’t renegotiate their contract. I called to cancel and was offered a discount for a year but instead they doubled my bill didn’t reimburse nfl ticket like I was told shut off programming charged a inappropriate late fee and restoral fee.I called and spent hours on the phone was promised the fees would be waived transferred to billing and told multiple time there are no note or the don’t have the authority to make decisions.

This company is poorly ran and customer service is nonexistent.

I switched to dish and already see a huge improvement in quality ,customer service and price. Direct tv is attempting to charge me for my last bill 2 1/2 times what it was when decided to switch and even after telling them I’ve been a customer and might return in two years they treated me like I meant nothing and failed to make my final bill right?
