Order remote control
Tried to get in touch with direct tv to order new remote control ,I was on phone with them for about 32 minutes!! Gave theM my all my information more than once !!
They could not verify that I had a account!, but some how IM Able to receive monthly Billings from att with DIRECT TV BILL
How can that be!!! ( and they had a very hard time pulling up my information??)
I FINALLY GAVE UP AND CALLED UP ATT,some how att had a bad contact phone number ???
We have had the same phone numbers for years!, It took me 28 mins on the phone with them to get a remote controller order !!
Had to give them my address / mailing address / phone numbers/ at least 3 times for verification!?!?!?
CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXHAUSTING !!!

I've been a long time DIRECTV customer for about 15 years, they used to be great. Lately they have been the worst company ever, DIRECTV has lied, cheated , damaged, and stole from me on several occasions.
A few weeks ago I received my monthly invioce showing I owed a new huge increase. I called and asked for a promo reduction which was denied, then was given a family package for less money that was suppose to have all my favorite channels, they lied, it only has one favorite channel. I called to complain only to be told "too bad", I would have to change tv packages to get my favorite channels back, I only watch nine favorite channels, NO Showtime, HBO, Cinemax, Starz, etc. This week I have a major pixelated tv screen.
I have a 96% signal strength and had DIRECTV do a system check everything looks good from their point of view. I was then told there were going to send out a repair technician to resolve my problem, costing me $100.00. I said never mind I'll just find another tv service.
The last time DIRECTV came to my house to do a repair the technician broke a valuable statue. I don't need the 150+ channels just to watch less then ten channels, I don't need to be lied, cheated, damaged, and stole from as DIRECTV has done to me.

I been with DirecTV for 21 years I know they don't care of me I'm just another number to them I call on 9/19/22 to have a tech come out I'm needing a cable wire replaced and had a appointment for 9/26/22 that's was the closes appointment ok I'll be patient I understand will yesterday I got a message saying I had appointment set for 12p-4p then I got a message saying they will be arriving soon then I got a voicemail that they are running late then I got another message stating that NOW! I have an appointment for 10/4/22 I didn't authorize a change of appointment I called and yes my appointment has been changed I asked who did it because I didn't they said they couldn't do anything about they will have a manager contact me couple of hours later no call I called them back they said that they are full booked no one can come out I got upset because I was one of the appointments already set they made it look like I never had an appointment and my appointment is 10/4/22 that I can be on a waiting list and that a manager will call me no one didn't called me and no came out looks like I'll be switching to Dish network maybe they will treat their customers better!
