Directv is the worst! We transferred after being a customer for 17 years!!!
The bill continues to be so messed up. They keep billing us for our home we moved from and cutting off service to our new home, even though we have a credit!! After 3 hours, he said he was charging us an additional $5 for us to pay our bill!!!! We have a credit.
They consistently hire Indian workers and they operate on very old, crude computers that do not allow them to access our information.
If you are considering Directv, take it from a 17 year customer, that was previously happy, Go somewhere else. The merge with AT&T is horrific for customers.
