Lost ABC how expensive can a channel that you can get over the airways for free? Now ive lost that channel. I pay far too much monthly for you to quote loose that channel. To expensive progaming to loose channels like ABC!!!!!

Details
I sold my home in 2018. I had paid my directv bill a month in advance, we all do. I used 3 days of that month. I discontinued service. House was sold i was leaving. My new home wouldnt be ready for a month abd even then it would be awhile before id be moving in. I contacted directv gave them.address for refund. That was June 2018. Its now October 2019. Ive sent copies of thier final.statement showing they owe me a refund 6 times now..still nothing...

Order Directv with NFL SUNDAY package with a 250.00 visa card at 99.95 a month for the first yr. I.Wanted a pole installed instead of putting holes.in my roof, to find out when tech arrived that Directv needed to call NJ DIG... when they finally marked the property I called DTV they told me my order had been cancelled and needed to start all over again with my Dtv plan. Mind you with all being said I must have spent 5 hrs on the phone with their horrific CS which have no idea on what their talking about! Shame that they have wasted my time and their associates time.

These people are completely money motivated. I requested to cancel my service with them on Oct. 1st...they tell me it will terminate at the end of THEIR billing cycle...Oct. 11th. So now i'm paying 11 days for absolutely nothing. Stay away from this outfit at ALL Costs !!!!

Directv - Error Code 775 twice in one month.

On September 7 around 1pm received Error Code 775, ( keep in mind the start of football season starts on the 8th of September(Sunday) So no technician until Monday. Technician's came out September 9 fixed problem(faulty cable wire). Today 30 September same problem Error Code 775 just in time for Monday Night Football. No technician until Tuesday.

Lost games during play. Changed location of game Listed same teams coverage twice a number of times Worst coverage since AT&T took over AT&T poor showing all season fir programming recording games.
