What idiot program new channel guide? You can no longer see what time the program came on and goes off while you are watching that program.

YOU HAVE TO SELECT INFO ON YOUR REMOTE THEN PRESS SELECT to see time show IS over. Never seen such idiots

1st mistake was you place the order through an authorized retailer. The price is not guaranteed for 2 yrs but one.

Also did you keep the free premiums channels after the 3month promo? Also what you email or letter order confirmation shows because that’s how the order was submitted

It doesnt advance very far either. Ours goes about a 1 1/2 days in advance.

Todays Thursday, and it will only show whats coming on to Saturday morning. We plan on axing it in the near future, and just going to streaming but it wont be directv.
