Directv - Direct T.V. NFL Channel

You guys gave us error 771 all day during the Pittsburgh /Baltimore game, we complained and supervisor was to call us back, but that's a laugh. It was advertised on NFL, and not NFL Game Play, advertising here. Spoke to Jude and Precilla for a long time and they would not say anything truthfully when I asked them the question. We are not very happy with the results from your company and if you think we are going to give Direct T,V. another 50.00 to get game play you are out of your gourd. I would check out other satellite companies before I pay that price. Thank you and how long should we wait for an answer? It's Christmas Eve , I'm out of town and I could not watch any of the games on the NFL package or the NFL channel on my iPad.This is the reason I wanted this package in the first place. I will be cancelling this service when I get home, what a rip off. The lady from tech support said the NFL changed days so it's unavailable, what!. These games have been scheduled for over a year. I will be cutting the cord on this company as asap. This is what happens when At&T buys your company. Can't believe direct tv could not see this coming. Don't waste your money on this product.

OMG, the WORST customer service i have ever experienced i have been a customer since 2005 and spend close to 300 bucks a month with them and i am ready to cancel. I could type all night but the bottom line is they do not care about customer service and will lose a multitude of customers

One, what a bummer. Some place wants you to pay for their service!

The nerve of that company!

Two, I like how you were being a P.O.S.

to a "little 20 something" that was working so they could...wait for it...pay their bills on time.

Three, very cute how you try to demean the customer service rep because they are in their 20s, but YOU are the one acting like a pre-teen by whining online because you DID NOT PAY YOUR BILL.

Problems with payment

Directv in Victorville, California - Direct TV

I am a loyal Direct TV customer for years I have never missed a payment. I am tired of their tactics, the loyalty they show me as a long time customer is in the toilet. I bought a new 4k tv after a direct TV installer told me I should upgrade and that Direct TV is 4k compatible. So I bought a new 65" Samsung curved for my household for Christmas. I currently spend $167 per month and I have all the channels HBO etc. So I call Direct TV to make sure the box is delivering 4k and I am informed that in order to receive 4k I have to be BLACKMAILED! I have to buy a new receiver that costs $299 PLUS I have to pay $16 more per month FOREVER!... so in order to be up to date with the current technology I have to be BLACKMAILED! this is how they treat their long time loyal customers. Ever since they sold out to ATnt it all tanked! ...my contract is over in august I am gone I have suffered to many abuses from this company, my advice is stay away! do not sign up you will absolutely regret it. Since the only recourse I have as a consumer is to post a review, I will post this review in any website that accepts it. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you Direct TV... I am selling a useless 4K TV if your interested in buying it, but I think you get lots of offers to buy these from your customers.

I had this service installed on the 1st of December of 2016 along with ATT wireless (which disconnects in the middle of play on my phone randomly) I have spent countless hours on the phone troubleshooting the service in our home. We have had three different technicians to our home to correct problems and still continue to have problems daily. They have offered reimbursements on our inconveniences however it doesn't help giving me gratuities on service that I cant receive. That's like an insult and adding salt to a wound by offering to give you an inconvenience fee on something you can't watch. Oh my God the problems that I have had from this service since installation have been astronomical! I left WOW because of the $50 savings that I would have been allowed and unfortunately I'm locked into a 2 year contract on this garbage system and I say garbage I wouldn't even feed this to the rats it's that bad. "I urge you to consider taking on this service. Research reviews,ask people and mostly consider spending a little more for service from any other provider so you will be able to enjoy what you pay for. I certainly didn't forsee spending hours on the phone and running from room to room to correct issues with a passcode on each unit,then back to the main,then to another room then back again with someone with broken English and trying to understand instructions to fix a broken system. For some I'm sure that it's nice for most it's a problem especially in areas where you have inclement weather i am in Michigan. I guess the factors for having this service in Michigan are if the sun shines if the wind blows if it snows if it's just a happy day it could or might not work because we have DirecTV It is by far the worst mistake I have ever made in my life!!!!!!!!!!!! Ps.If we had to have a service provider available to correct all of the problems that we have in our home that we have had to troubleshoot they should have somebody living in my spare room. I'd like to add that above all what they considered to be help,which is really damage control for anger issues with this service is no matter what their reimbursement or inconvenience fees are they can never ever give me the cost of the time that I have wasted in my life back. TIME is something that's priceless there is no monetary ammount that can be awarded! I hope you can learn from my mistake from poor choices and have a "Merry Christmas"
