i hate DIRECTV with a passion like first off the technician who came to change my directv *** up my sound so ever since I had DIRECTV I have not been able to watch tv with my main box because it has no sound .. secondly every other day there's always something wrong with the smaller box it's either the remote doesn't work or there's no signal they are the worst in history !!! I want to strangle these corporate pigs. Right before a big thing like the Super bowl or Walking Dead or something they know people will watch they cut off service and make you pay for next month before giving it back. I hope God makes them pay for this, *** me off.

Think three times before considering going to DirecTV it's been absolute nightmare. Service is going out twice in one week. Did you know they have four hour windows when they make appointments? So this is the second weekend in a row I've sat around for four hours waiting for someone from their service department to show up. They clearly have issues with their satellites and service. In my opinion this is the worst company you could ever choose to sign a contract with. If you sign a two-year contract they will charge you $20 for each remaining months left in the contract. The problem with this is you you pay for the service it goes out and then you're stuck with crab company that will do anything to help you out when the service valves which it will trust me.

EVERYONE WITH 4K SERVICE! WE NEED TO GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST AT&T! THEY ARE USING US A TESTERS FOR THIS SERVICE TGAT HAS SO MANY ISSUES THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF, TESTERS GET PAID TO TEST PRODUCTS, NOT PAY FOR THEM!!! MY BILL IS 238/MONTH, IT DOES NOT WORK! I HAVE TO RESET MY BOX EVERYDAY, WHICH RESETS ALL MY OTHER BOXES AS WELL! I CANT STREAM, I CANT EVEN WATCH MOVIES FROM MY SERVER! WHERES ALL THE 4K CHANNELS WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BY NOW, WE HAVE 1!! AND DONT CALL TO COMPLAIN, TGE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WILL YELL AT YOU AND HANG UP ON YOU, NEVER FIXING THE ISSUE!!

Directv - Direct TV perpetrates fraud again

My daughter called to cancel Direct TV at her rented home and setup new service at her new home. She used her own credit card for her new address. My wife's card was used for the old residence. We shipped all the equipment back in the box provided to avoid the equipment charge. Direct TV continued to charge my wife's' credit card to the tune of $518.00 over a two month period for the old residence that my daughter no longer was at. Direct TV refused to reverse the charges, claiming my daughter was still using the service. What complete BS. Either Direct TV is completely incompetent or they are intentionally perpetrating fraud against us and presumably other consumers. This is not over. The parent company is AT&T who is our cellular phone provider for four (4) phones. They will make this right or we plan to move our entire family over to another carrier. The customer service for Direct TV was arrogant and dismissive. Big mistake. We will not roll over for for this. #corporatearrogance #fraud #FCCareyoulistening
