Ever since they are with AT&T it is absolutely terrible. Not only did my price almost double, we lost channels for weeks but yet that's ok for them. They take off all promotions and give people nothing after years of service. I am cancelling as soon as I set up new service. I can't believe with all the options out there, they don't work with you at all!! Terrible service.

I called direct tv to renew an old contract and direct tv added nfl ticket. I expressed that I just wanted direct tv only. Contract was set up on nfl ticket add on. I have called direct tv asking to remove nfl ticket. Every since April 2019. Direct tv has removed my email addresses and added direct tv email addresses. Direct tv has put me on hold for 30 mins and then the live line so I could hear people talking to each other in background, thanks JOHN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO WANT DIRECT TV BUT DONT GIVE A HOOT FOR NFL TICKET.

Directv - A very up set customer

Paid my bill and they said I didn’t. Even had my financial institution on the line to speak to them. We were able to give them tracking numbers date and time. Direct TV talked to us awful and still turned off services when the bill was paid. Awful customer service. I would never recommend this company to any one. Bad Customer Service..!!
