Since posting this complaint, I have contacted Direct TV via their Customer chat service. The first time, I was shuffled from one to another representatives numerous times, final count?

One of which told me he was sending a package pickup request to the USPS. I asked if I had to package anything or simply hand the stuff over in the garbage bag. He said, just hand it to them as is, they will take it. Guess what?

The postman refused to take it, he even called his postmaster to verify. I have a signed note from the USPS Driver to verify this. Another conversation with a Kim, employee number 42343001, chat reference number 73334532 and 1499445984 ended with them saying they would send a return kit and I should have it, "in a few days". On another occasion I had 11 separate individuals on chat during the same call, being shuffled from department to department.

On Sunday, 3 November, I again tried to come to a successful resolution to this issue. After nearly 2 hours, much of which was with a representative named Valentina employee number - 42384108 chat reference number- 745730288907189131 she had a supervisor watching over her shoulder. At the end of this chat, I was PROMISED that I would be receiving a phone call from someone who could solve it. That was Sunday afternoon, still haven't received that call.

I have been promised numerous times that this would be resolved. It has not. How difficult can this be?

Any Suggestions? Their equipment is still sitting in my garage collecting dust.

Oh by the way I’m not paying for services rendered do two channels I received before I don’t received any more. Your high DEF box which is made in China is absolutely terrible it messes up all the time when I used it.
