You all complain . When you calk Dtv do you realize your surveys that you decide to rank low is the agent you spoke with fault .. we have stats and numbers we have to meet or we loose our jobs. We have to sale so much equipment movie channels internet each month. When you call to remove your movie channels it affects our pay checks. Do you even have a clue how many times a day we here if i dont get this lowered im canceling. Or im on low income i need to save money but dont change my package. Etc... over 10hr a day same thing over and over. You start off rude thinking oh im gonna get what i want. Have you ever thought be nice we deal with multiple personalitys ever day all day. You tjink its so cool to belittle someone who is 1 trying to help you 2 have you ever thought what your asking for is way out of hands as well as your affecting our jobs because your so demanding.

I could not agree with you more. I can't tell you how many customers I dew with everyday.

Directv & ATT have one goal, to make sure their customers are satisfied with the product/price they're given. Everyone complains about the contract.. but when you sign for a house, or lease your car, I don't hear you complaining. You're in a contract because we hook you up the first two years.

Free equipment, many credits on your bill. Don't think we don't know what it's like to have to pay bills. We're humans on the other side of the phone, just like you. So next time you call in to make a change to your account, please treat us with kindness.

If we didn't care about you, we wouldn't work there.

At the same time, if it weren't for you, we wouldn't have jobs. Don't think we're not here to help you, cause we are.

Do not believe a word your sales representative says, and do not think the recorded calls protect you. At the time of my sale I knew I would be moving within my agreement, so I asked the following questions: (1.) If no line of sight can be established at the new address am I responcible for the remainder of the contract? --> Answered "No" (2.) Is it free to transfer services to my new address? --> Answered "Yes". I thought I was protected in the event they lied over the phone, but boy was I wrong!! I called to transfer my services and found out it would cost $199, so I requested my call be pulled. Three weeks have gone by and I have heard nothing from DTV. DTV is horrible!!

Call them and tell them you passed away or you're going into the military. I used to work in the disconnecting department and they have no way of checking if it's true. Good luck !

People really need to do their research about these things before they complain. You get a free move once in a 12 month period, so if you were just installed in the last 12 months you would not get a free move due to the install cost upwards of $500-$700.

Also, no line of sight has nothing to do with the movers cost.

If you move and a tech comes out and determines there is no line of sight them your contract can be voided. So stop complaining and asking for hand outs and do your research.

Directv in Las Vegas, Nevada - Pandora skipping parts of recordings continuously

We were promised if we switched from Dish TV to Direct TV that the bundling would save us some money. I asked about things like the NFL coverage and Sirius Radio XM. I was told that we would have the NFL coverage included and that Pandora would give us the same coverage and quality as Sirius did. Pandora is a joke. It cuts recordings off after a couple stanzas, in the middle or at the end of a song. When I called to complain I was told it was a recent problem and that they would have it fixed in a few days, that was on 5-2-16. It is now 5-6-16 and it is as bad as ever. Seeing the other complaints I find that this has been an on going problem. Now I am not a large business conglomerate but I don't pay for things before they are completed and working as they should. I also don't sell something that isn't what is promised. In other words I don't deal well with deception. Direct TV doesn't seem to care and if I could find a way out of the 2 year contract I would do so in a heartbeat. They don't hold a candle to DISH to whom I returning as soon as possible. Direct Tv's customer service may as well not be there at all. I am so disappointed and no way would I recommend them. Sorry Direct TV you have lost me before we barely got together.

Directv in Bradenton, Florida - They Flat Out lie to customers

Beware, their $50 special is a lie. They told me I could get internet and Satellite with sports package, for a bit over $80 per month. The first day the signal went out to a storm, also I have NO sports networks. My actual bill was closer to $150 a month. 3 days after I cancelled my contract (2 years). They said I still had to pay that you must cancel within 24 hrs. They also said if I didn't pay they would pull money from my credit card, so I will change my card. DO NOY USE THIE COMPANY. Also their customer service is a NIGHTMARE!

It probably was $50 a month. You also probably had your install charge, & other charges to which you agree to upon signing up too.

My mother had issues with them as long as she had their service. No one wanted to help her. When she finally switched to another company she jumped to the top of their priority list. She hasn't had DirecTV for months, but receives almost daily phone calls from them. Despite asking them not to call and being on the Do Not Call List.

Customer service sucks. Calls answered by person in different country.. had poor English and can't even say my name right. 3x I call for same billing issue. Even the so call supervisor is foreign and just as worthless as the person before. They refused to give me corporate phone or address so I will post on social media instead. Your company is based in the United States your customers are based in the United States there for your customer service should be based in the United States

For over a year some *** *** calls me at least once a week demanding payment for a past due bill. I don't have, never have had nor will I ever have directtv. We have SuddenLink (awesome service) and we have Verizon cause I wouldn't have AT&T. Make the calls stop.

My husband and I recently signed up with Directv after talking to a rep while shopping at Costco. The deal offered sounded good to us and we would also receive a $300 Costco gift card. We set up a day to install but Directv had to reschedule because they haven't received our dvrs yet. The following week I sat home and waited for the installer to show up between 1-6pm. The installer never showed and we never got a call about them being late or needing to reschedule. When my husband called to ask what happened, they said they accidentally scheduled us in the wrong service area. I don't know what that means but we were aggregated no one bothered to inform us of this. We set up another day a week later for the install. The guy who showed up seemed like he was in a rush and was very rude and did not explain anything to me. After going out back to search for a signal from the satellite, he comes back inside not even 2 minutes later saying he could not get a signal and we could not get Directv. He called the 800 number to cancel our services but could not because the order is in my husbands name and he was at work at the time. The installer seemed angry at this and stormed off without saying anything else and left. My husband and I were ticked off by this point and didn't bother calling Directv to see what we needed to do. A few days later someone calls my husband saying we haven't set up a date yet to install. My husband told the rep that someone came out and couldn't get a signal but they told us they had no record of anyone coming out to try to install. So we set up another time for a different installer to see if they could get a signal. Well, that day has come and went without anyone showing up or calling us. Another wasted day waiting around for a no show and no call. My husband and I are very frustrated with Directv. We gave them many chances to try to install and we were patient with them. I will never recommend this company to anyone. In fact I will share my experience with others who are thinking about switching to Directv.

Directv in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ATTEMPTING TO ACTIVATE SERVICE WITH DIRECT TV. Had an apt with a technician for 4-8pm. The technician decided to show up at 12:30 in the afternoon. Of course, no one was home because that WASN'T the scheduled apt time. The technician put in his system that I "cancelled" MY apt. When I contacted the company to see what no one was coming during my scheduled window- I WAS TO BLAME!!! They told me that it would be 72 hours until someone could reschedule- and even with that, the best they could do was put me on a "Wait List". Horrible Customer service. Surly not putting customers needs first!!!!!!!!!

Dtv only has time frames from 8am to 12pm and 12pm to 4 pm
