I have a 775 error, problem connecting to satellite. I have to wait 5 days for a service technician. 5 DAYS!! They are certainly faster when they are installing/selling new service.
I have never had this kind of problem with traditional cable. If I ever had an error that couldn't be fixed by rebooting or resetting, then they resolved it over the phone. I will go back to regular cable as soon as I can afford to break this contract.
I have never had to go this long without service.
I wish I still had Comcast.
