I have a 775 error, problem connecting to satellite. I have to wait 5 days for a service technician. 5 DAYS!! They are certainly faster when they are installing/selling new service.

I have never had this kind of problem with traditional cable. If I ever had an error that couldn't be fixed by rebooting or resetting, then they resolved it over the phone. I will go back to regular cable as soon as I can afford to break this contract.

I have never had to go this long without service.

I wish I still had Comcast.

Directv Pros: Option for wireless receiver.

Soon as contract up disk gone.to many problem...no tv for 5 days still waiting on a service man.. error775 always 4 times this months.. I would not rrcommend this servise to no one...

i thought comcast was bad until i tried directv and i feel like comcast is like gold compared to directv they lost local channels so i had to switch back to comcast
