Two Direct tech people said I needed to unplug the SWiM Power Inserter and wait 15 seconds. It is not in the den area where they said it was located. Now I have to pay $50.00 to have a technician come out two days from now and find(fix) it. Why is it working in one room but not in the family room or extra bedroom.

Rest assured when your customer relations officer inquirers why I switched to Dish or cable, I can say your service was not acceptable and the user was not important to Direct.
