Lmao!!! That is a flyer you get in the newspaper or weekly adds, read the fine print same *** with dish and cable wow you are retarded to pass that type of *** as an official asking you to come back to DirecTV.

Oh look I just got an add from Macy's omg and they are promising me a free bag " where's my free bag!

I'm so tired of getting charged money and not getting service regularly. You would think with all the bad weather we have in the Midwest you would figure out a way not to lose service every *** time we have a storm. I think if we payed for the service we actually get regularly you would be on the *** of bankruptcy. FIGURE IT OUT ALREADY!!!!!

Unfortunately when you are getting service via Satellite you will have problems during bad weather. If the dish can't get clear reception due to a dust storm, blizzard, etc that's just a fact of life.

When I was in Iraq, our military equipment was all on satellite and we lost everything during dust storms. If you want clear service 99.9% of the time you'll need to go with hardwire cable.

Directv in San Antonio, Texas - Charging cancellation fee when contract was over and charging for Showtime when it was not requested by the customer.

We canceled our service May 4th and they charged us for 2 months in roll (May,June). Keep in mind, they require you to pay for services in advance, so we were charged for services that were not received. When we called to resolve the issue we were transfered to 3 different people who could not help us, except say that we were charged for cancellation. When we asked when our last contractual agreement was they revealed that we indeed were out of contract and no additional fees should have been charged. During the search they also revealed that we had been charged for Showtime since August. We never requested Showtime. They then said that no one had the authority to refund the fees charged. However, they were happy to sign us back up and provide the services we were receiving for $161.85 at the low cost of $19.99 and they would throw in new receivers too. We have put a dispute through our bank and are letting them handle it from here.

Do not use Direct tv. They lie to you from the beginning!! I was with Comcast for years and just switched to direct tv and regret it!!! I will detour any family, friends , or my customer from my business from direct tv!!

I called to request service at my new address. I ordered what was being offered at the time, a dvr and a regular receiver at a very reasonable price. They installed 2 regular receivers. I called about 2 to 3 weeks after the installation to get the DVR and they will not install it. I would need to pay hundreds of dollars to get a DVR . So unfair!! Service is terrible when there is bad weather. Picture goes black, and or volume is distorted. I never had that problem with cablevision. I am so disappointed...you truly get what you pay for! Now I'm stuck with a 2 year contract with a service I hate!!!!

I'm mad that says it, read that that small print, with a magnifying glass, as low as 19.99 doesnt include anything, u pay for equipment that is used n taxes n usuage n bull...., as soon as my so called contract is up, they will pick up products n sucker in some other *** cause I've been suckeed as a senior n as a person, *** the news n lies this *** company! You are an adult you can do what ever you want. There is always going to be the fine print all the company's have them and if you can't read it then don't go for it simple as that.
