Had directv for about a year the only problem i have is no blaze tv, customer service has been very good to me just helped me bundle services to save more and gave me $25 off the rest of my agreement and free protection until 2017 and emailed me all the info total price and contract info

Satellite Service Review

If it's so much as rains we lose our signal. When I called to question about my issue, someone said "***" with a group of people laughing in the background. Very unprofessional.

Directv in Lansing, Michigan - Direct TV sucks

Direct Tv is a big lie they were rude, and when they answered my call they were laughing and talking about a *** then lied about it. Also every time it rains we lose the signal and they say there isn't any reason to lose the signal. I was with Dish for 9 years and never had any issues like this, the person who sold me the Direct Tv package lied to my face.they told me about all the free movie channels which once we signed up we found out was not true.we left dish because we thought it may be a money savings, but instead it has been a total rip off. Every thing has a hidden cost. Protect yourself and stay away.

I pay my bill yesterday on may 28 2015 and my services were still disconnected (CASH)called after I left the payment location and talked to three different people in the Philiepones islands 174.73 cash so now the next day I'm trying to figure out were Is my money and why do I not have any service ?

Details
Moved to a different city. Suspended our service until we could find a home. We had six months to do this. Decided to turn in our equipment because we found that the service we got on our rental was not satellite and the quality and consistent service was better and cheaper. Direct TV at our old home would have to be reset about 5-10 times per week and would stop during a storm altogether. Called to cancel and they tacked on a cancellation fee. Go ahead Direct TV YOU WILL ONLY GET TO DO THIS ONCE. BUYER BEWARE By locking me into a plan with early cancellation fees just made me more determined to get out.

So you entered a contract and are mad that your being held to the agreement you signed, you are a deadbeat, this is a reflection on you not DirecTV they honored their side and you want to get away without fees you are truly a deadbeat
