I'm trying to reach the president of the company. Every since I got service I have been offered false information. I have been trying to resolve issue every since about my billing. I am a new customer. And my billing was never suppose to be over $56.00. Around April I was offered a plan for my whole bill to be $56.00. But now my bill is messed up. And no one is willing to view the recorded. Tape and give me the plan that was offered. I talk with 15 customer service agents within the last 2 days. And no one is on the same page and I am frustated. I need this corrected and given to me for what was offered. Signed frustrated and tired. Sarah Costin. I want to be contacted by President of company. I go through this every month.

we've been customers at Direct TV for many years. We always have a problem with the billing service. Somehow our bill is constantly grooving instead of going down. We are retired people,never order any extra movies. We have 2 TV's. But the bill is tremendous,every time higher and higher. Plus, the people I spoke lot's of times are lying,they are telling me to pay a certain bill,and then they send me a bill for a different amount. Very dishonest people. Now instead of paying $65.48 they are charging me 103.47. Where are these numbers are coming from?!Very disappointing!!! I will write a complain to BBB. We are refusing to pay the crazy amounts of money.And yet,we'll tell all of our friends about you. Sincerely, Rose Golubchik

DIRECT TV- Watch out for deceptive advertising practice-After 1 year of Direct TV contract, bill nearly doubled in price. Went from $46.59 to $86.18. I specifically asked Direct TV sales person when I signed up for service if agreed price was for he 2 year contract. I was assured it was. I signed up at Costco for the Direct TV service. Contacted DIRECT TV and was advised no considerations could be made. They really don't care. This is a very deceptive business practice. I have cancel the Direct TV contract and refused to pay the $240 cancellation fee.

Your right a company that is trying to make money w*t*f is wrong with them, where do they get off expecting someone to read an agreement that they signed then having the balls to expect that person to honor their agreement I say f*u*c*k that you should go to Costco and kick that dudes a*s*s because he must of held a gun on you to force you to sign ask rob Lowe to help he probably just as mad at them

I got billed for ppv movies I never watched. I live alone so I would know that direct tv rips people off, then they give you the excuse that they only credit one ppv movie out of the year....meaning if you are under contract with direct tv and they unjustly charge you ppv movies then you have to pay no matter what....the best thing to do is for people to avoid signing up with direct tv.....a company that scams people is not worth it.... i can't wait to cancel my contract.....and for everyone that got ripped off and is confused..I just have one thing to say...no you are not on the twilight zone...this is reality...we are getting ripped off by the company...and don't believe anyone who tells you otherwise....there are numerous complaints about the same issue....direct tv can't hide the issue or play dumb....

Directv - Billing Department Review from Salt Lake City, Utah

I have a two year contract with Directv I signed at Walmart. The price is hand written on the sales order...1st year price is $74 and 2nd year $94. Directv charged me $132 the 2nd year. When I called them to correct the price the manager said they will not honor my contract from walmart. My contract says Directv on it. I have never seen a company so dishonest. If i cancel they will charge me a cancellation fee. I thought there were laws to protect people from these kind of scams.

I ordered my service from direct tv online...bad mistake. Did not notice the fine print that I was not getting a "Genie" DVR but one that can only record one channel instead of 5 channels at a time like the genie is supposed to do. Yet, the unit I got from them costs me the same amount per month as a Genie would...? It has half the storage of a Genie too....? Called customer service and was basically told...too bad! That for $99 I can upgrade to a Genie...? Look at every package they list on their website...they all say..."Free Genie Upgrade". Was told "They" make the decision as to what DVR unitthey will let you lease....lol. Going to be a long 24 months...already looking forward to month 25...lol.

Cancelled service with Verizon, had Direct TV bundled with them. Verizon cancelled our service but failed to tell us that they would not tell Direct TV! Got a new bill from Direct TV for over $100 today that is due on Monday. Direct TV claims that even though we did not receive service from them, we still have to pay!!! Ugh, will take this up the chain to try and get bill pro-rated, and also take my complaint to Verizon as well. Now, the other issue is why are we receiving a bill on a Thursday due on a Monday? And I am sure that they will add late charges if not paid on time. I don't want to give them my debit or checking account information, because then they will (I am sure) take on other "cancellation fees".

Canceled Verizon but didn't call DirecTV, this sounds like its your fault not their fault, also don't worry about the credit card or checking account Verizon will provide the info to DirecTV for the unpaid bill
