I have been. A customer. With. Direct tv sense 2012 and have nothing. Good to say about. Them they take money. Out of you're. Bank account. Without. You're. Permission. And. There customer. Service. Call centers don't. Do anything. To help you. And unwilling. To work with you :(

Read section 5 of the DirecTV agreement at directv .com/agreement you will clearly read that you gave them permission to access your bank account then you can come back and apologize for your lies

Actually I too have money drafted AFTER I called and told them to change my payment option. So maybe you need to apologize for an uneducated answerand and for your rudeness.

Had you bothered to read the agreement, section 5 gives permission and to have DirecTV you agreed to their terms once again section 5 and just because you tell them not to draft later foes not alter the agreement that you signed up for. Hope that helps you out once again that is section 5 (trying to make it easier for a simple person to find)

Yeah thats another. Problem direct tv raises my bill every six months.

And. Sick of there customer. Servics. And want you to do another 2 year.

Contract. Because you move well direct tv maybe you would. Have and keep more customer s if you would. Learn how to treat them and stop acting.

After over 3 1/2 years of having directv my service price keeps jumping up. My service was turned off but they are still charging me and I am being charged a loaner fee for my boxes you mean after almost 4 years I am still being charged for these boxes and services that I didn't have. That is crazy!!!!

Directv in Avon, Ohio - Inability to find contract terms on online account

How pathetic!! I wanted to check my contract terms for DV so I could save time and not have to call. After not being able to find them on my account I contacted the "chat online" and was told they were protecting my privacy and I'd have to call in. Protecting my privacy, how? From myself?? I signed up with them through Costco for a one year plan and now they are telling me it was two. I will report to Costco how underhanded they are and hopefully Costco can save me some grief. This is the most despicable business practice. I do not need to be treated like an *** who is protected from my own personal information. What a scam and what a lame practice. I will never deal with Direct TV. I know now why they will go out of business soon. What a crock.

I sold my home and I forgot to cancel the service. Not only was I charged for service while I was not in the home but I was charged a cancellation fee of 140.00. Such a scam- I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DIRECTTV. On top of that the manager in customer service offered no assistance to solve the issue of the added charges. When I asked for the Massachusetts complaints for tv services they gave me nothing. THey said look up the better business bureau . I think that you are supposed release that information in the state of Massachusetts. Very dissatisfied

How is it hidden you or anyone can go to DirecTV .com/agreement and read the contract anytime and if you want to complain to someone because you didn't get your way do you own research why should DirecTV pay a call center employee to look up phone numbers for you, they are not 411

I am fighting with them currently about my contract being shorter than they say. I canceled it after one year and now they are insisting it was two and when you login to your account online there is no way to confirm unless you call so they can entrap you into sales pitches. Horrible company.

Their Customer service is the worst. Then try bundling with other dysfunctional companies. WOW learned my DTV lesson the hard way. Hope, no I am sure you will go out of business because you suk. Real bad.

Directv - Billing Department Review from Mountain Green, Utah

The supervisor I spoke to told me he was the "buck stops here guy". I said great, let's fix my billing issue that has caused me to lose sleep for the past 6 months. He said he would. I told him NOT to transfer my call until we had the issue solved. He agreed that he would not. Then GUESS WHAT MR. BUCK STOPS HERE DID? He transferred my call to some that know nothing and I had to explain a complicated issue to again. Of course he could not solve it so after 3 1/2 hours I hung up. I then paid to get out of my contract after 15 years with them. Now I have Dish. Programming is not as good but their customer service makes me smile. FUDTV

Directv on demand services do not work. The programs either show up and then disappear when user attempts to download, or the programs do not show up at all. Directv continues to say they are aware of the issue and are working on it. They have no timetable for a fix nor do they offer refunds or credits because they say the user does not pay for on demand service. Their justification is the on demand service is a free service given to consumers. This is bologna! I pay for a service that includes on demand, which Directv highly publicizes and touts as a service they provide. The are not providing this service, nor are they offering any interim solutions. I like the ability to get a wider range of programs through Directv but their lack of solutions or customer service dealing with this issue is extremely frustrating.

So you complain that a free service is not working, wow I'll bet that you demand to be let out of your contract because of the problem. I'll bet that the services your paying for are working just fine (live TV, DVR whole home etc) but then again some people look for reasons to complain call back and try and strong arm another agent, maybe you can get $5 off your bill and think your a big shot in your own mind

Wow, I have never in my life had to deal with such rude people. I was a customer for 17 years. I moved tried to bundle. Then got 2 account numbers. I paid mine but still got disconnected. Spent hours on the phone each billing cycle and finally "fired" them. I am the customer and I can do that. It cost me money but now I smile when I see the Dish Satalite in my house. The Dish is not as good but their customer service is great. Well worth the headaches I had with DRV. Never again. I would rather step on a cat turd barefooted.
