Direct tv van pulled out in front of us on Rte 98 in Albion, NY. 904SH was on the plate, then he turned in front of another vehicle not even 1/4 mile down the road! Almost causing 2 accidents in less than 2 minutes... You seriously need to get your drivers in check!!

This is the worst satellite cable I have ever had!! We had one box in our living room that never gave us any problems. So we decided to add two boxes one in my room one of my sons room. To only have nothing but problems unable to watch the Cable in any of the rooms now I have to wait seven days before anyone can come out and fix it. I will be switching cable companies as soon as possible!! DirecTV is absolutely the worst Cable company I have ever dealt with including dish network I might as well go with them at least they have better quality of cable. I wouldn't even refer my dog to your cable company!

I moved and the company wanted to charge me $99 to move my service. I decided to just cut off my service. When I told the customer service rep. he got really short with me and was really rude. He then said he disconnected my service and I could return the equipment and hung up on me. A few hours later I got an email confirming my move and telling me when to expect a tech to arrive at my home to install the equipment. I called the company back and had to hold for almost an hour. Now I can't get anyone to disconnect my service.

I have been with direct tv over ten years and have seen my bill increase significantly.I cannot believe that this corporation can get away with this gouging and still have the gaul of dropping a major network.If NBC is not restored in a week this customer will sever ties with direct tv forever.

Just like gas prices go up. And the cost for groceries goes up, your *** cable is bound to go up too, especially over YEARSSS, it's common sense and should be expected, you wanted it...

You pay for it... it's a luxury...

Not a need but a want.. So decide wether you NEED IT or you WANT IT if you WANT it you PAY FOR IT .

I have been a customer since 2003 and my bill went from 29.99 a month to 89.99 a month for 2 standard receivers and no sports or movie channels. And I am told that if I want to upgrade then I will have to pay even more. All the while new customers get the package for over half what I have to pay.

Directv - Programming! Dish TV, Direct TV, and all other satellite and cable companies

I am tired of paying for garbage channels I NEVER WATCH! Please create some type of programming choice where we can eliminate the following garbage: -religious dogma channels -faux history channels (the history channel now tells fairytales) -hillbilly or redneck channels ( -*** channels -cartoon channels -Disney-style junk -other garbage that isn't coming to mind at this moment. No one should have to pay for garbage they don't want. I would love to be able to pick and choose my line-up, instead of paying for ignorant programming that has no merit. I would like to have several PBS-style channels, REAL history channels, sports, news, etc. that are actually educational instead of fantastical or ridiculous. Smart people are leaving your garbage behind to move onto viable, informative, and intellectual programming elsewhere. I also think there are many others who may love the stuff I don't care for, but let us all choose what we want to have access to without WASTE.

Dtv has about I want to say 25 million customers and sir your are one *** person, no one cares what you would like and not like to see. you don't like it move to another company and I guarantee you'll find something about the next provider that you won't like with the programming.

Get over it. it's tv. TV LORD HAVE MERCY.

I do not know where you have been,Possibly under a rock somewhere evidently.You alway's choose your own package with DirecTV.You can choose your package without the channel's you do not care for.This is so simple!Down size and You will not receive all those other channel's.I have 285 Channel's this is because I choose my on Channel's.I could have chose a lesser package but their are kid's in my house hold so I do not mind paying for this package.Your post make's you look not to bright on the business side.WTF.You get what you pay for.

No, I don't live under a rock, but the choices still include garbage in their packages. Everyone's idea of garbage is unique to them.

I have had both Direct and Dish, I have downsized and the poor programming still exists in nearly every package offered. I can't wait until this contract is up to move away from all of it onto selective programming via the internet. Your assumption of what goes on in my house, with my TV, makes you look not too bright on the business side.

BTW...I have an MBA in business. Turn your brain on.

January 01-2015 I have been very patient with YOU (Direct TV) this is the third time this year (2014) that major programming was interrupted ! Today is the Winter Classic Hokey event played in Washington DC and I am unable to see this major sports event. Your inability to negotiate or for- see potential interruptions to major Network programming is unbelievable, it is miner league competency or incompetency. I am PISSED, and will go back to DISH where I original came from. I only changed as a result of your UNFULFILLED promises !!! In the meantime I request an IMMEDIATE reduction in the subscriber cost !!! My account number - 124400830

Directv in Whitehall, Montana - Loss of local CBS channel, KBZK

Both you, Direct, and the CBS network are blaming each other for the loss of this channel. You both disgust me. Face it, you are both holding your viewers hostage for the bottom line, you poor, poor, multi-billionaires. Get it together and live up to your contract! While I like CBS, I could very well get used to other channels, which might just affect their ratings, and I guess I won't be recommending Direct TV anymore. You are in a lose - lose situation here, so negotiate in good faith. Just sign me disgusted and pissed off in Whitehall, Montana.

I woke up on Jan 1 to find that Directv removed NBC from the lineup. I'm tired of feeling like I'm being held hostage by Directv. A customer for over 12 years, I am tired of my rates going up and service going down. Now the local channels are being removed. It's not like taking cartoon network off the lineup. This is a major network that broadcasts sporting events and has some of the best shows on tv. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Now that I have upgraded my service to the Genie I have a 2 year contract, being held hostage, and can't watch what I pay for.
