They do not offer pac12 . When asked they give a horse *** answer about it's not in my best interest .that it's all pac12 being greedy. All other company's offer pac12 I wish I knew before I signed up I would have never supported or agreed to they contract. It's my fault for not researching,but come on you guys suck!

When I cancelled service and paid my final bill they charged my husbands credit card without permission and when I called they told me it was for movies from 2012 which is a lie I don't have internet connection so I had to call to order them and I was charged for them on my bill. I wouldn't recommend the crooks to anyone

you don't have to have a connection. if it was ordered without a phone line hooked up it will still go thru and when u turn the equipment back in it will show what was ordered finally.

so you ordered it and don't remember it.

you probably thought you were pulling a fast one and getting free ***. ***

I'm beyond upset. Just ordered direct TV yesterday and was quoted a monthly price of $40.99 before taxes. I ask if there was a monthly charge for Recievers and was told no. I clarified numerous times what my monthly bill would be and was continuously told $40.99. Upon receiving my email confirmation the order was priced at $61.99. Direct TV told me there was nothing that could be done. This is insane.

Directv - Receiver Review

The equipment failed (my direct tv receiver) that had rarely been used. When I called customer service the woman on the said the receiver had to be replaced and I would be billed for $16, something for shipping. When I asked why I had to pay for leased equipment repair the rep said I did not have the insurance so it was like having a wreck on a leased car without insurance. I did nothing to damage this equipment. It sat unused in my living room. I used it . The next time it didn't work.

I place an order get great pricing, rep. transfers me to a guy that will try to sell a life security product, this guy now increases my prices on monthly premiums and when I tell him no he tells me I have your cc. WOW, within 2 minutes my prices go up. We bundle TV and Internet. Direct TV installs on 10/20/14 ATT doesn't show up on the 27th, I call while waiting and the Direct TV supervisor 3 way calls with ATT, ATT does not have a confirmation of the order. Direct TV cancelled it when they changed my order because they failed bring a DVR with them (they shipped it the day after the install). Now in order to get the bundle they must rerun our credit. NOT, we tell them no, way. They tell us we are in a contract and they cancel our service on the 28th. Eight days into our new relationship they have screwed up our order, changed our pricing, canceled our ATT bundle order all because I used them for years and had no problems prior.

Directv in Florida - Software update issues cause delays in all comands such as changing channels,guide ,etc. get dish avoid direct 10/14

Software update done 8/14 causes a 1 min delay with any commands and have reported numerous time to customer service when talking to rep they dont really care just try to sell me upgrade package attitude sucks and if you have their insurance policy save yourself the money and cancel as it covers nothing ,,never again will I install this ***. Have never had such bad customer service from a cable company seems like they really dont care if you stay or cancel. Even sent email to higher management and no one in the company can tell you when this will be corrected so avoid get into a two years contract as you will regret it

I am having a similar experience with Directv. They promised me one thing and then billed me for another at our cabin in northern MN so I cancelled our service and asked them to send the "recovery kit" / box to our billing address/residence but they keep sending it to the cabin, where no one lives. This company is a piece of work. They are either grossly incompetent or deliberately deceptive. If you want to experience frustration, try to find or obtain a shipping address ( not a P.O.Box) from them to return your equipment without their "recovery kit." It is simy B.S.

Directv in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Don't go for This conversation is recorded *** they quoted me a price and raised it the next day

I talked to customer service who told me that I talked to a third party when quoted a price to replace my DISH service. The quote was to replace one hopper and 3 joeys. The day the installer came I should have knew that they lied about the price. He only had one mini on the order. But the installer nor the guy on the phone who gave him the ok to install would tell me that. The day after the install I get an email with the bill for $16 more than I agreed to. Now Direct TV doesn't have access to the recorded phone conversation. If I want them out it will cost me $460. They will not honor what I was quoted. They are exactly what DISH says about them in their commercials.

I got marketing brochure for bundled price "locked in" for 24 months. At the time I was totaled fed up with Time Warner so I asked the customer service guy "Gene" 5 times...no price changes for 2 yrs...always yes...then nearly every month there was something or other wrong with bill (yes, always more $). The latest is 40% increase for remaining 12 months. I wrote State Attorney General which said there is not enough complaints for "pattern of unfair, false, misleading or deceptive acts"...I know, I know...what was I thinking...its an election year!
