Propaganda ***!!!!!! Instead of doing this to just Directv. .... why not all? Well its because you'd find out the exact opposite of what these guys want you to believe! This isn't fair and balanced! Where can I complain about all the other guy's? That's whole blog is set up by one of the other guys that wants to take down the top!

Directv .... WOW!!!! I love Directv! !!!! It has the most HD channels AMAZING PICTURE!!!! The Genie records 5 shows at one time! I complain that DishNetwork has horrible box's and or equipment! My Directv is all wireless! !!! Hahahaha NFL Sunday ticket exclusively for Directv. ...Why would I go anywhere else? On-Demand dtv cinema kicks butt! I'm really tired of being lied to by DishNetwork and all the other cable guys :( ......... trust me go get you're Directv from Costco..... they will even give you a $200 Costco cash card. With a free install.... don't get lied to over the phone or on line. ...... talk to one of Costco's Directv professionals face to face! ;)

Directv in Brooklyn, New York - Kind a fraud

Directv offered me Tv & internet bundle services which was cost $75 a month. I was gladly agree. than they sent a technician for installation. While installation technician told me he is not responsible about internet installation and i need to call Directv customer service or bundle company which i did. Directv customer service person asked me many of question and finally transferred me another person who asked me all same questions than that person also transferred me to another person again because all of them had no answer for my problem. No body had no idea which company was bundle company. This story all the way same goes long distance. Finally after big fight with a customer service's a UFC fighter Representative lady i closed my account. Now they said i owed to them $65 for two days using their service. What a nightmare huh!

I have been a direct tv subscriber for 5 months and it has been a total nightmare , was supose to be a bundle package with internet , they do not explain that you recieve 2 different bills charging 2 different amounts . When i called about the internet not working no one would help and gave another number to call , when i called them they wouldnt help and reffered me to another source outside , i have had terrible service , no one could speak english .

No one will take responsability for the problems or answer any questions other than sorry here is another number . I am paying 2 different amounts for this service . There is no bundle package other than 10$ off your direct tv portion a month , which they find a different way to make up the 10$ difference . I am also unable to get out of this contract unless i pay 380$ which is unreal seeing i am not recieving the services i was promised .

Quite the ripp off how can they offer you something then keep referring to others to assist , stating its not there service or problem .

The fustration of it all is a big problem. Never again ...

You may be bundled with AT&T and you should receive a bill from them or whoever installed your internet service as well as one from DTV.

Best watch your bank account because they will probably charge you an early cancellation fee

Had this service for less than 3 months and already called 3 times to complaint about stuff that shouldn't be an issue. They are liars and have bad customer service.

I hate Direct TV. We moved into our house 1 1/2 years ago and went through the H*** of getting a new TV and internet provider.

The salesmen on all of them are horrible but Direct TV's salesmen are the worst. They promise you anything and you get very little. The Direct TV installer who works privately - not for Direct TV told us just that - they will tell you anything. Do not believe them.

We have lost connections many, many times. There cost is more than they say.

We don't get many of the channels we liked previously - Anything you want is an extra charge "upgrade". We will get out of Direct TV and won't go to Dish either as soon as our contract is over.

in a period of 3 days I was of service for 12 hours with no loss of power my direct tv did not go off this happens every time we get heavy rain I lost 2 items I was bidding on on EBay I have 6 months left on contract before I can change companys would not today i received a flyer wanting me to get 4 new sign up recommend this company I tell every one about my poor service I am 75 years old on ssi and tried to call about my problem and used up a prepaid phone card is there any way of getting out of your service without paying off my remaining 6 months

Directv - Tv Service Review from Florence, Alabama

I helped a friend pay their Direct Tv service bill and months later Direct TV took 635.00 out of my bank account using the debit card number that I had helped my friend with. I think this is wrong and I should have been notified or warned when the bill was payed by a different person other than the person who owed the bill. I'm upset cause I'm without my weekly income and have been charge with insufficient funds. This just can't be legal?!

Terrible customer service. No supervisor will talk to you. Technicians lazy. When I finally gave up and cancelled after they did not start the job, found out they already charged me $21 for installation and when I told the customer service agent to refund my credit card cause I would hate to file fraud charges with Visa since they charged me for a service not given he said I shouldn't threaten him and he got loud with me. Really? I was so patient for five days with these idiots. Never again. Should never have switched from dish.

I think it is time customers start filing fraud charges against Direct T.V. when canceling after 3 or more problems and they will not correct.

I have called 3 times and had problems 4 times in less than 3 weeks. Been paying $8.00 for some type of insurance for 13 mos.

Thinking of canceling if it goes out again as I have asked for new equipment and was refused. I will file a fraud charge if they debit my card and take the case to court as I have paid $96.00 for something that is useless.

On May 11 I had Direct TV services install, prior to accepting service I did inform sales personal that I'm in the process of relocating... I was told that I don't have to worry Direct Tv move with you where ever you go WASNT INFORM THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL THE CHARGES THAT WAS WAIVER UPON ACCEPTING SERVICE...after talking with supervisors those fees were waived...this is now where the problems started. I had an installation schedule for June 16th the tech shows up only to be told they needed a 44" ladder, another appoint was schedule for June 18th no techn showed up, another was schedule for June 29th no tech showed up....a technician finally came on June 30 th , put was unable to complete installation, the tech came back July 2nd but still had issues completing unstallation. I was informed to call office and make another appointment which I did for July 3rd between the hours of 8-12 no tech showed up...let me not forget to mention how many times the change my appointment without notifying me. I spoke to a supervisor July 3rd who informed me that if i cancel I'm subjected to early cancellation. I believe this is wrong and I need advice as a consumer what to do about this situation . I'm without cable from the 1st of June 2014

Directv in Yonkers, New York - Direct tv billing scam

I quit in April 2014. Was due back $62. Refund. Received notice confirming same. June 20 I received a bill claiming I owed them! Upon calling was told by 4 reps and 3 supervisors that I allegedly phoned them June 2 2014 fully 2 months after cancellation and I supposedly asked by phone to have them send me $148. Which they claim to have returned to my banking institution without question. Now they are threatening me to pay this money back. I never received a penny. My Citibanker conferenced a call with them and they were unable to provide any proof that money was sent to me, no routing number, no ACH, no proof. So they are extorting money back that was never sent to me. They are criminals. I plan to contact the FTC, FCC, the NYS attorney general and perhaps take them to court They are crooks and liars.

Directv in Yonkers, New York - Billing scam Direct TV

I cancelled my Direct TV service April 2014. I received a bill May 20, 2014 that no money was due and I had a refund of $65. for the unused portion of April. June 20, 2014, I received a bill saying I owed them $86. They claim (without any proof whatsoever) that I requested a refund of $148. 6 weeks after I cancelled them. They claim to have sent the money to my banking institution without question. What corporation just sends money to you if you just ask? It's ludicrous. This is a lie. I never contacted them again after April. I had Citibank contact them and the supervisor couldn't give a routing number, and ACH number, any proof or documentation that they actually sent $148. to me or my bank. It never was put into my bank account. Although they say they have all conversations recorded, they couldn't provide any actual call/recording from me telling them to send me this money, which I never did. It's all a scam, a lie. However, without any proof, paperwork, banking statements, nothing, they are threatening me that this made up bill is going to collections if I don't pay them the extra money that I don't owe. Where do I go for redress? This is extortion. It is a shameless corrupt corporate nightmare. Yonkers, NY
