Directv - Billing Issue never resolved, charged me again more than i should

Their record of charges do not match my credit card statement. I am signed up on automatic payment, and was accused of sending check for payment and via phone, took awhile before they figured this out, but only to find out they will charge me back these credits they gave me, which in the first place i did not do. As expected, no one got back to me after making several calls and staying on the phone with them for at least an hour everytime i called. They could not even give me their head office address even though its in their website, very poor customer service, including supervisors or managers.

Directv in Norfolk, Virginia - Customer Svc Rep promised cheaper bill

I would like to review recorded transaction with customer svc rep, to my understanding she told me my bill aid be much cheaper around the $85-$90 range after tax when e n I got bill it ballooned to $110 range after tax. I was about discontinue my svc bugs I was on a budget and she said she had a pkg that would suit me. I would very much like to review the tape with management bcuz I am very disappointed in the svc it's l I k e a bait and switch. I also like to be contacted ASAP, if this is the case I want it corrected or I will just discontinue the svc.

Sooooo for THREE YEARS IN A ROW you fail to look at your bill an see Sunday Ticket auto renewed and yet this catches you off guard HOW?????

Sunday ticket bills for 3 months even before the season starts retard, how often do you even look at your bill? You can still remove Sunday Ticket without penalty by the end of September, which is actually 4 months from the time you started to get billed.

I know for a fact you were sent email after email in advance that this policy has changed as well as letter after letter. Sorry you do not read your email, nor do you read letters. I have been with direct tv since the early 90's bills always paid, but never any up grades to equipment,unless you go another two year plan. Finally 2012 I did. Keep the same plan package as before.My next bill doubled they said , the increase compared to other companies.Within two days cancelled service,went else where.They rep. said for early termination it would cost me 290 dollars. She was going to put it on ,my credit or bank card that was on file with them. Wouldn't try to reduce programming or any help at all. She was unable to do that.I had bundle package through century link they said if I pay the 150.00 it would be over I did. Now in collection being harassed for 280. The company is out of Kansa city 913-279-0570. Whats even more irritating , is the crooked way they treat member that were loyal for so many year, and equipment that for them to make more is out dated for 10 years without any resolution except for them to make more money off the loyal patrons taken . There is not a whole lot you can do however you have the right to go online to your credit report and post your version of what happened. If the charges are on a credit card you can dispute the amount but there is no guarantee DTV will not put the charges back on once the investigation is settled also if they have not placed the charges as of yet you can close the account but that may not be a guarantee either.

I do that DTV does state in the contract that they can take $$ out of your account at any time for non-payment and if you don't return your equipment. I myself and bundle so I know that it shouldn't have happened to you but you can dispute the charges with your bank and probably get it back.
