Directv in Kemmerer, Wyoming - Double Payment

I paid my bill yesterday when it was due and while checking my account to day I saw that direct took the payment out again today. My name is Paulette Roberts, I'm a new costumer my e-mail is p_s_roberts@hotmail.com or you can call me at 208-244-4154. I wasn't aware of the fact that you will automatically take the payment every month out of my account which is fine. I just wasn't aware that if I paid you would still take out the bill. I would like to be reemburst for one of them as it over drew my account before I could make another deposit. Next month I will be paitent and wait for you to automatically take it out. thank You

Not sure why I am complaining about rain and outages, I had a similar experience with installation.

When I moved, the previous owner already had Directv, thus the home was "set up" for it, I assumed.

I made arrangements with Directv to install service and did...

1% of a year is 1day +++++ what 99% signal reliability does DirecTV mean?????

They will never tell you in plain English how unreliable their signal is. No matter how immoral it is friends......

Directv in Hollywood, California - You want us to refer custoimers

Paid my bill on Friday email there billing dept and told them that. on the 13 they take money from my account but no directv. They tell me a customer of 8 years that I have to wait all day today and tomarrow without service. Yea right 8 Years and want me to wait I don't think so I paid because their people are *** to process im suffering. Their people need to gettheir head out of their *** and start kissing their customers ***. Their customer service sucks we should be putting some kind of charge to them and have the fcc check in the way they are doing to their customers.

And all the other customers that are scheduled before you are waiting also. You are not that special.

Tv is not an emergency...suck it up. Everyone gets an appointment when they are open and available. You wait to get a dental appointment right...or the eye doctor or a non emergency doctor visit. It is the same for all tv and internet providers...when a technician is available you get the soonest appointment.

Read a book...play a game. Do something else for once.

Directv in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - It's raining

It's raining outside, thus, as usual - that means no television at my house. Everyone around here knows that if it rains Directv takes a break. I have a television set out in my garage with a coat hanger for an antenna and it even picks up signal in the rain. I have complained repeatedly and repeatedly, customer service tells me how little they lose signal. One even went so far as to tell me how many channels I got and what a great deal it was, I should be thankful for all they do. Point is, if its nice outside, I'm not inside watching TV - thus, if there is no signal when it rains, they took from me, everything that I pay them for.

An indoor antenna for my local channels and a Roku player is exactly what I have. I stopped cable and phone service but kept internet service.

I have Netflix for $8.23 per month and Amazon and have all the tv shows and movies I will ever want to watch. I'll never go back to cable or satellite service ever again!

We start off with reasonable discounts, then a year later we get a huge bill we can not afford. We call an ask for less stuff & are told that bill will be reduced.

We pay what they advised it would be & the next month there are all the previous charges plus additional late fees. Call again & are promised adjustment. Next month charges are even more & still charging late fees & the additional amount promised to reduce. Called again was told they could not do ANY reduced adjustments on a 3 month old bill.

Lies and crummy service. As the other person says, rain, no service.

Ratty channels most of which are nothing but advertising of junk. If you are older with limited income, better get an antenna or rabbit ears.

Directv in Gainesville, Georgia - Different employee, different information

When my 2 year agreement was about to end i called to make sure they didn't renew it. They of course offered to lower the price which later on ended being the same amount i was originally paying. I accepted it only because the representative assured me that i could end this service whenever, that it was not under contract...well few months later im cancelling it and to begin with i was being charged $50.00 which even though i was not happy with, agreed to pay. I received a call the next day and i was notified that im being charged $20.00 per month tilthe contract ends!!!!!

Directv in Metairie, Louisiana - No service every time that it rains

We were not told that Direct TV does not function in thunderstorms or even in the rain. We are paying too much for service that we do not receive and are not at all happy with this company. The charges are lower than cable and I guess that this is why-YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! When the contract expires, we are going back to cable TV. There were no problems with rain and we were even able to watch TV during thunderstorms. No wonder Direct TV pays you for getting another sucker to sign up for their services. They SUCK!

same equipment for 12 years, refused to upgrade any boxes or remotes. the equiment we have from direct tv are boxes they no longer use. the recordings brake up when you try to play them. several of the boxes dont work at all. they tell us we do not have any upgrades do after 12 years. direct tv only cares about getting new cutomers not about the customers they already have. they charge us for boxes we payed for 12 years ago. they have a bad reputation and poor customer service, they are rude on the phone. they want your money every month, but refuse to provide fair service to all their customers. they suck!

Yeah, chances are you paid your bill late enough in the last couple years that services had to he reinstated. This would eliminate any possible upgrades you have available, and also why you would not he able to get free shipping. How about you take responsibility for being a *** customer before pointing fingers?

Directv in New Orleans, Louisiana - RIP OFF ONCE AGAIN BY DIRECT TV

Every month my bill is showing a past due amount, yet every month direct is taking a 2 month fee out my account. Which is causing overdrafts, then they are charging me 30 extra dollars each time they do this ***. They have also charged for the NFL Package that i have never ordered. This has been on going since April, every month i speak to customer service Rep. which cannot explain anything! Or help in any way. Sad when the representatives dont even understand the bills but can see where u have paid up to date but yet say the computer is always right! My bill was 86.91 till april since then it has been 300.10 ever since all their *** charges on fees and stuff i do not have or ordered and bouncing my account....Seriously who exactly runs this company or how do you contact the CEO if they have one??? Anyone knowing anything to fix the problem, please notify me beings i still have another year of this bogus ***! contact me at 985-241-4704. Thanks!

Id have to see your account personally but as far as the nfl Sunday ticket, at some point, whether for free or paid, in the past you had it and it set to automatically renew for your convenience so you don't have to do it. When you first got it, again whether you paid for it or not, you should have been Told it's automatically renew. Don't say"i wasn't told" you were or the person who talked to you would have been fired once yous hung up

Sounds as though you need to take control of your account and pay DTV by money order and change the account# they have on file for you so they cannot debit it.
