My husband has accidentally erased all of our recorded shows a couple times trying to delete an old episode. The new software is a nightmare. AT&T not competent to run DirecTV or maybe too cheap to hire competent help!

22 years a customer. different service locations and always a good customer.

never a significant issue with them before at&t buyout... then they collapsed. zero customer service. nothing but problems.

spent almost 5 days trying to resolve service issue. passed around to non english speakers. misled.

company borders on criminal behavior IMO. strongly recommend you not use them.

Our bill doubled & we renegotiated a new package which ended up being $20 more. We were told a specific channel would be available in the new package and it is not! Direct TV is saying we have to pay more to get the channel. We’ve escalated to a supervisor and he’s saying “sorry, don’t know why you were told that”. Are you frigging kidding me??????

My girlfriend of 20 years passed away almost 2 years ago ! I paid and installed the system 16 years ago , a dvr died 1 month ago and I tried to get it off the account , because I had a spare receiver I would delete this receiver off my account because my name wasn’t on the account even though I’ve paid the bill for 15 years, and they almost turned off my DTV service! So I got cable tv !!!much better choice!
