Direct tv and how they screw me
I was a direct tv customer since 1987until Comcast offer me a incredible deal.in 2015 .I was even contact by head of account management and she even agreed that they could not bet deal .I stated that once Comcast contract was up I would return to Direct Tv and I kept my word . I signed up with which is know At@t/Directv which offer Hughnet.internet.
This is where thing went wrong .I was suppose to get a gift card for 300 dollars for sign up which we never receive .I call and was told that I was suppose to respond to email in order to get it. never got it plus we were having problems with Hughnet internet .When i contact Directv agent she said was nothing they could do about it. So you broke your word. Didn't even try to help me out in anyway.So two years go buy contract ends .Cancels Hughnet had climb on roof to remove equipment send back thank goodness i'm not a 80 year man.
Now this is the stick direct tv put in my *** "Your contract ended on June 24 I canceled on July 2 that is only 9 days of service in the next billing cycle and was told have to pay the full month $144.75 . My bill had been being only $80 . SO you bait me with gift card I didn't receive. Now that i drop service and you trying put the screw to me, I think its unfair to make me pay for this full month , I told them this and said I would pay for what i used but not full month .
Supervisor didnt care said owe whole month since new billing cycle already started have to pay . I told her I would also be canceling my cell service 3 cells 1 tablet she didnt seem to care .
I told her i have been a customer since 1987 she said thank you for your business . As of right now I feel like direct tv /At@t doesn't care .I will be dropping my at@t service asap and try to influence as many people as possible to change service unless this matter is resolved.

Your contract allows them to drop any channel for any reason. You will be shut off and then sent to collections for non payment. Just giving you a warning.
You talk like you are some kind of keyboard warrior telling us about collections? How about this Tom Tucker.
Instead of your tiny collections threats you bring your *** back to the persons home and take your junky dish off there home and all the damn wires which im sure is a mess and put everything back the way it was before directv destroyed it? Or they sue the *** out of you for damage to property?
