I had directv installed 6 days ago they only installed 3 of 4 mini genies the technician was here for 6 hours . 5 of those on phone with direct tv. They couldnt. Figure it out .I called spent 6 hours on phone with directv I was hung up on twice. They had asked for my phone number in case we were disconnected noone called back. No resolution.. technician came backtoday after 3 more hours on phone with directv saying they couldnt activate phone tech supervisor finally got everything hooked up I also asked to talk to a supervisor at directv was told he would call within an hour that was 4 days ago they truly don o t care

No one cares about the customer at Direct tv, only greed works for them

Cutting off the local channels and holding customers hostage seems like the only thing this company cares about. Take for example the Sunday NFL ticket. You won`t be able to watch your local state teams when you purchase the program because they have eliminated the local channels. Good plan, upset your customer base even more. They just don`t get it.

I don't have a credit card . I don't have Direct TV a payment is being taken out of my bank account every mont for several months it needs to stop befor another payment comes out in a few days . I have HUGES NET .

As of July 3,2019_I lost wtnh(8)and wtnh(59).I have called several times All I keep getting is the company is in negotiations.i read in,the newspaper that the company lost cbs(3)so thats a local,channel as well that I will,be losing.channels channels You call,to ask if they will be back,noone knows You ask if you will be given a,credit noone understanda.channels channels I have been a,customer since 2003_and I,am,very dissatisfied now.I pay about $100_a month its way out of hand at this point. When it rains we lose it everytime.

You have failed to negotiate the higher customer fee CBS is requiring of it's affiliates. You know you will pass it along to us anyway Therefore, i will not be paying my television bill until it is restored. Threats will cause me to dump Direct.

Your contract allows them to drop any channel for any reason. You will be shut off and then sent to collections for non payment. Just giving you a warning.

Instead of your tiny collections threats you bring your *** back to the persons home and take your junky dish off there home and all the damn wires which im sure is a mess and put everything back the way it was before directv destroyed it? Or they sue the *** out of you for damage to property?

Since DirecTV merge with AT&T this is the worst company ever !! They overcharged my bill, they turn your services off if you are 3 days late. it doesn't make sense!!!! I am so pissed off at AT&T I would never EVER, EVER recommend nobody to get services from this company. I just paid a bill last week as they say thst wss for June! Then they told me I had a bill due July 7th thats due. I told them I will pay that bill July 26th and they turned my service off today and today is July 18th I'm pissed Ive been with A DirecTV for 14 years. IM SO DONE This happened in May as well. I paid over $450 two weeks apart. They are a ripe off. I asked fir supervisor and never spoke to one. NEVER AGAIN

Our Satellite was not working so my husband called for a tech to come out to fix it. He called at 10 am and was told someone would be out to fix it between 12 and 4.. no tech ever came when i called around 5:30 i was told the tech was on his way. Again no tech ever showed up so i called back around 6:45 i was told the tech placed the order on hold and that our next option is for someone to come out on Friday.. and essentially that is the only option. So now i have to pay for no TV for 3 days until they get around to fixing the problem. And I am already paying too much because when the satellite is actually working all there needs to be is a cloud in the sky or a few sprinkles of rain and the service goes out and glitches. I would NEVER recommend Direct TV to anyone. If the only other cable option in our area was shockingly worse than Direct TV I would switch IMMEDIATELY. They are also refusing to adjust the bill for the lack of service. So I am expected to pay for TV service I'm not getting.

Direct tv and how they screw me

I was a direct tv customer since 1987until Comcast offer me a incredible deal.in 2015 .I was even contact by head of account management and she even agreed that they could not bet deal .I stated that once Comcast contract was up I would return to Direct Tv and I kept my word . I signed up with which is know At@t/Directv which offer Hughnet.internet.

This is where thing went wrong .I was suppose to get a gift card for 300 dollars for sign up which we never receive .I call and was told that I was suppose to respond to email in order to get it. never got it plus we were having problems with Hughnet internet .When i contact Directv agent she said was nothing they could do about it. So you broke your word. Didn't even try to help me out in anyway.So two years go buy contract ends .Cancels Hughnet had climb on roof to remove equipment send back thank goodness i'm not a 80 year man.

Now this is the stick direct tv put in my *** "Your contract ended on June 24 I canceled on July 2 that is only 9 days of service in the next billing cycle and was told have to pay the full month $144.75 . My bill had been being only $80 . SO you bait me with gift card I didn't receive. Now that i drop service and you trying put the screw to me, I think its unfair to make me pay for this full month , I told them this and said I would pay for what i used but not full month .

Supervisor didnt care said owe whole month since new billing cycle already started have to pay . I told her I would also be canceling my cell service 3 cells 1 tablet she didnt seem to care .

I told her i have been a customer since 1987 she said thank you for your business . As of right now I feel like direct tv /At@t doesn't care .I will be dropping my at@t service asap and try to influence as many people as possible to change service unless this matter is resolved.

Called on several occasions to get the last date to cancel and everyone said the 17th. And you also are paid a no refundable month in advance. Called and canceled on 16th and next day charged for another month. Called and given completely different story and date, calling me a liar to my face according to their notes. Today I get paperwork to send unit back in the next 21 days, but now paid another month through September. The service and people are deceitful and change story to screw you. Stay away from Direct TV

When I call with a problem either they don't know what to do or I don't understand them. I called on the 24 of July to find out about and extension and they could not solve that answer, I think they did not understand my question. So normally I hang up and call back and maybe I can get someone who speaks better English.

Basically stealing our hard earned money and hiding behind the pretense that they can't allow us to cancel our service u til end of month that way they can say they provided us with service. Unable to watch 2 shows we record and waited a week before we cancelled service, now we are 5 days late from the start of our billing cycle and billing says they can prorate the bill but customer service says no and even though we are not geing what we pay for, they will soak us for another 104 bucks before allowing us to terminate. Never would I ever go back after service we recieved, they even hung up on us twice because they could come up with a logical answer as to why we are forced to remain for another27 days. Sad how these companies treat people.

They never listened to my complaints. Techs saying on appointment sorry we missed you wasted days three times this way. Losing Channel 2 now on again but had nerve to increase our bill istead of a credit At&t i know owns them but they definitely dont run it like the cell carrier totally was disappointed going back to Fios will spend anything not to loose the TV in a cloud!!!!!
