I CAN'T BELIEVE THERE IS NO PAC12 COLLEGE GAMES WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS PROBLEM. YOU NEED TO ASK YOUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE YOU DECLINE. PLUS THIS 100 WORD MINIMUM IS A JOKE. YOU WANT EVERYBODY TO THINK ITS THE OTHER CABLE COMPANIES FAULT YOU HAD A CHANCE TO MAKE A DEAL BUT YOU DIDN'T. NOW DISH TV IS OFFERING IT AND ALSO COMCAST. DIRECT TV IS THE ONLY ONE THAT DECIDED NOT TO PICK IT UP. WHY. ALSO YOU NEED A BETTER ON DEMAND. OTHER THAN THAT YOU GUYS ARE PRETTY GOOD. EXPECT WHEN WE LOSE THE SATELLITE DISH IN THE WINTER EVEN IF WE SPRAY IT WITH PAM.

LISTEN up most people do not care about PAC12.SO get a life and MOVE on.If COMCAST and DISH is picking up PAC12.Then maybe you should switch to COMCAST or DISH.BECAUSE when DIRECTV bill you for PAC12 you will have a hesses fit when they ask you to pay for it.Some people are so off the wall.ALL it take's is one phone call to switch companies.YOU ***.

Directv in Dallas, Texas - No CW

Dear DirectTV, You should really consider offering "The CW" along with your other channels. It has some of my favorite shows on it and is really the only reason I updated my TV. I don't know why you don't have it already. I'm sure that a lot of people would be happier if you provided it. I could easily get fifty signatures of people who want "The CW" available to them. To be perfectly honest, the only reason my family chose DirectTV over Dish was because it was more trouble to get through to Dish. To conclude this complaint that no one will ever read or respond to anyway, PLEASE get "The CW!" Please please please? I will be so angry/sad if I can't watch my favorite TV shows. I mean, what the ***? Freaking Dish offers it, but not you? Come on, that's just sad. Sincerely, Margaret.

DIRECTV billed me for somebody elses account

My credit card was used to pay for my brother's DIRECTV service. When he decided to start paying via paper bill Directv refused to allow me to delete my card from his account, and just charged over $218 of his bill to my credit card. He tried calling and talking to them and they have refused to delete the card or reverse the charges. Credit card company says its a valid charge because the bill was paid with my credit card in the past and the account isn't in my name. It turns out my brother moved because he lost his job and had medical problems, and couldn't transfer service to his new place so they charged my card for his cancellation fees.

Directv is the worst company

I was paying $175 with Comcast so I called directv. They gave me a great deal of paying $51 a month for the 1st 3 months then it would go up to $71 for the remainder of the 2 year contract. Got my 4th months bill.....$308!!!!! I called and spoke with 6 different "supervisors" getting the run around who all basically told me, sorry you have to pay that. My directv has now been shut off and they can suck a fat one cuz I'm not paying..even for early cancellation fees. This is the worst snake company out there..do not get directv!

Do not trust Directv.

DirectV over billing me every month, I have to call every month to make the corrections, they promised 67 monthly fee and the bill is over 130 per month without any premium chanels, last tim I called the customer service person was exceptionally rude, some times they hung up befor taking the call after 10 or 15 mts on hold, I canceld the service and they cahrged fine for doing so, avoid them or you will be really sorry within 30 days. With such horrible customer service, I'd recommend everybody to avoid them. If they don't care about the people wanting to become new customers, how could they possibly care about their existing cusomers?

I have had DIRECTV FOR 11 YEAR'S NOW.HAVE not had one problem with them except,THEY do not post payment's on time.If your package is $67.00 then i am sure you are aware that their is taxes to be added also to your monthly billing.IF you are so unhappy with DIRECTV,SWITCH.IT is as easy as that.ALL OF THE CABLE NETWORK'S ARE MONEY HUNGRY.SO who ever you decide to switch to,BE prepared to complain because they will charge you also.Nothing is free how many time's do i have to stress this.

I agree 100% with your comment, Directv has become a total RIP OFF. 25 yrs ago, when we signed up, they were the best, customer service was really for the customer!

They are horrible now, they charge what they want to charge and if you don't like it, too *** bad, they will just turn you OFF! Don't waste your time with customer service if you have a complaint, they actually told me TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!

What I would like to say is that they have gotten too big for their britches! BUT we know that when you loose your customers, and the $$$ dry up, the "biggies" fall just like the littles!

Directv in Gig Harbor, Washington - Direct tv is a scam and rips people off!poor service

Trying to get information regarding how to hook up a second tv has been crazy, they have made it so complicated I can't do it any more and I used to hook everything up myself. HD is a flipping nightmare as far as a second tv. No one seems to know anything and tech are dropped from the sky as we are told there are no humans we can talk to in our area. If I could get just plain cable here I would never deal with Direct Tv. I made the mistake of wanting the Hallmark movie channel and now I can't get another tv hooked up and have all these boxs and wires to deal with. I feel the programing is mostly for a population I am not a part of and having programs that actually have talented writers have become non existant. We ahve been customers for 9 years and get no consideration for that ! God please take me back to simple cable!!!! with customer service people who were nice and speak so you can understand them.

Directv in Dallas, Texas - Who in the *** is Gwendolyn Jones

I had service set up on 14 September at my new apartment. On the 15th of September my service was turned off because someone by the name of Gwendolyn Jones had service and did not pay off their account so it was linked to my account and I needed to call the collections agency. I explained that I don't know that person NEVER had direct tv service and would not call a collections agency. Then they continued to explain that my address was not in fact an apartment complex but listed as a house. I informed them again that they were wrong and to add insult to injury they began to refer to me *** Mr. Jones when my name is Joyner. After about 2 hours of being on the phone a supervisor told me that it was an error and that my service would be restored. It was for 2 days and then on the tuesday the 18th my service was disconnected again because they did an investigation and found that YES I am linked to Gwendolyn Jones and that my apartment is indeed a house. I call Star Satellite whom installed my service and told them to please refund my money and come pick-up their equipment they asked me to give them a chance to fix the issue and they contacted directv and conferenced me in. We both spoke with customer service and was placed on hold for over 30 mins supposedly being transferred to the "investigations department" at this point I just want my money back and to have this *** removed from my apartment.

Call them every hour on the hour until they get so sick of you that someone will HAVE TO ANSWER you! I am on your side, as this is one of the most ignorant answers I have read.

Directv should know that apartments rent and re rent everyday!

Directv in Austin, Texas - Direct-TV Charged months after disconnect request

I had Direct TV in a bundle with Verizon. I disconnected service in May with Verizon thinking the Direct TV would be disconnected as well. It wasn't. I also sent an email to direct TV in May. In Sept. Direct TV took out over $400.00 without my permission and overdrew my bank acct. The acct. rep told me today I had to call Direct TV to have it disconnected. This is the one of the most difficult companies I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. Though the Direct TV Rep was pleasant, I will never do business with Direct TV again.

after your 1st year everything gos down hill .... offers go out to new customers and our bill just keeps going up . I will go back to comcast as soon as this contract is over . dircet tv. cant make up there minds if they want to keep the customers they have or try to get more new ones while at the same time the ones they have are trying to get away from them . its time to look after your curent customers , at the least have customer service agents to answer the phones . Iam paying for channels I cant get and cant get anyone on the phone to help lol.....
