Directv in Frankfort, Kentucky - Direct t v robbed me

i helped a handicap lady get direct tv she became ill and couldnt pay bill and direct tv had my account information and drained my account they robbed me they just didnt use a gun now thanks to them i have late fees at the bank and my rent isnt paid and my sick daughter that has been hospitalized for three months her rent wont be paid for this month either i have been paying hers as well i have been with the frankfort plant board for three years and never have i had a problem i wouldnt recommend direct t.v. to ever get any of your information or without you wanting to get robbed

You probably signed up to be a cosinger. So if the other woman couldn't pay - they would come after you.

It's your own fault. Pay attention next time when you sign someone up for things.

Directv in Westport, Connecticut - High moving fees

mad moving from secong floor to first company charging me 138.00 dollars rather cancel contract and pay 20.00 dollars remaing months ..........unfair i really do not recommend contracts they blow ur mind does any one have this same issue..................... i could understand a lower charge but it is only from one floor to the other is nothing to another address if it was'nt for my children i would stay without service cause i don't have time to watch tv please help in this matter really need suggestions or reccomendations thanks from a very concerned client:(:(:(:(:( good day

DIRECT TV FAILED TO TELL MY SON ABOUT THE LENGTH OF TIME NEEDED TO BE WITH THEM IN ORDER TO GET THE FREE MOVERS DEAL THEN CHARGED HIS CARD FOR THE MOVE AND HIS DADS CARD FOR A SMALL FEE TO GET SERVICE AT HIS HOME NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY THEN PUT US ON HOLD FOR 45 MINS ONLY TO END UP TREATING US LIKE SH SO WHEN THE CONTRACT IS DUE THEY CAN SHOVE IT UP THEIR uno wats I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DIRECT TV TO MY WORST ENEMY FOR THEM TO GET SCREWD OVER EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE MY ENEMIES

How old is your son? Sorry, but I get really irritated with complaints that start with "xxxx company failed to tell us xxx" NO.

Your son (who I assume is an adult) FAILED to ASK the right questions. It is not necessarily any company's responsibility to act as if their customers are children and somehow insure that they have all pertinent information.

It is the consumers responsibilty to read their agreements and ask questions. People seem to take no freaking responsibility for themselves these days!

The beginning of the Olympic Closing Ceremony looked awesome. Wonder how the rest was????....I WOULDN'T KNOW, I have DIRECT TV and IT CUT NBC OFF RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOW due to "technical difficulties".

But not a problem, another summer olympics closing ceremoney will be on again....in another 4 freakin' years! Direct TV, how do you screw up the Olympics?

I enterd in to a agreement where by Direct tv was going to bundle with Verizon because where I live ( on Queens blvd) Fios wasn't available and this is 2012 and its still isn't. I agreed to this bundle deal and I was told it would cost no more than 126.00 for everything High spd Internet, Phone and Direct tv. It snowed the day the Direct tv was to be installed so I had to reschedule with Verison aswell. The next week Verision shows up and they do the installation , no problem finally a week after that Direct Tv finally shows up. I call in and say that all is bundled so I will only get one bill. Two weeks later I get a bill from Direct Tv 184.00 and that it is not bundled I call up and they give mr the run around saying they never agreed to do that and if they had it was because Verizion installed first . I call Verizon they say its Direct Tv and on this went , almost 2 months ago I told them I can no longer pay this amount and come get your ***, they're still sending me bills even though I removed it.

They just did me like that a few mins ago...and the lady told mei was ready for a upgrade free i dont have to pay for nothing and i want go under another contract so i switch to a diff company now directv sayin i wad under a contract nni will b bill for $400 im not goin to pay because that lady said i didnt haveva new contract been wif em since 08

DirecTV live Olympics not working!! tech problem per DirecTV!

DirecTV special Olympic's Tech said customers cannot log in to see LIVE Olympic Coverage!!! always a problem with access to DirecTV specials -- customer since 2004!! But NO live coverage!! On hold for 15 min, then transferred to the Special Tech for the NBC Live coverage..on hold again for 15 mintues,,,then tech said...Oh there's a problem, NO ONE has access to the Live Coverage as PROMOTED by Directv and NBC........!!! Always a problem with DirecTV and their Specail offerings........usually passwords and log in don't work..they CAN't Keep up ---- need revising of their tgech' skills.

Yeah, when they say no one has access, they must just mean DIRECTV subscribers. I have Time Warner Cable and it was no problem signing in and viewing the live streams.

Directv in Snellville, Georgia - Installation appt

The first installer came out & looked around the house and stated to my son that he couldn't do the service and left. My son was told that it was because of the trees in my neighbor yard. I called back to have another installer to come out and I had an appt for July 28 8-12. I was home waiting on the installer to show & at 11:20...no one showed up. So I called customer service & the female rep stated that the installer cancelled the order without calling me & letting me know that he couldn't do it. I think that is very bad customer service. After experiencing this type of behavior I will never try direct tv. This was my first & last time. I wanted to try the service because people was telling me about it. But my first impression of direct tv customer service was BAD!

HUH!Something about this complaint does not seem true.I have returned equiment to DIRECTV and Never had a problem.I have been with DIRECTV since 06 AND Have spoken to several customer service rep's which were very helpful in what i was trying to do with my account with them.Or maybe you should discontinue you service with them.

I called in on 7/27/12 and talked with customer service I waited 45 mins. before I get someone to talk to I explained I had 4 receivers and I wanted to send back my HD receivers and keep my 2 regular receivers and to change my programming it took her almost and hour she said she had every thing taken care of and this morning I did not have service on 1 receiver, I called in and they said that they had my permission to turn the box off I waited 10 mins to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor would not even get on the phone with me they made the mistake and I have to pay for it I think this company does not care about there customers I am a very unhappy customer as soon as I can I am changing to Cox cable they know how to treat there customer.
