I arranged Direct TV install, the sales person speaks great English.The first tech said couldn't complete, the 2nd tech did a month later.

Direct TV billed for service with no hookup, billed the wrong address, had call centers in Central America and Pakistan (i asked) with folks who could not speak enough English to even verify account number.

To add insult to injury apparanlty the tech signed me to a protection plan I refused when he asked and Direct charged 106.00 for it first month.In summary, 90 min speaking to 6 foreign reps is hardly worth it.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $189.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Worst communication ever--no english spoken.
