Has anyone out there noticed that ever since AT&T bought out and took over Direct TV that their Customer Service has gone totally to hell? IT SUCKS!
Previously, without greedy and incompetent AT&T, Direct TV Customer Service was great! Not now! I am sick and tired of having to punch in countless number on my telephone keypad just to reach a live human being customer service agent. Then, when I do, I get some idiot from the Phillipine Islands, Banglades, India or Mexico City who cannot even speak a word of ENGLISH!
AT&T is a greedy, corrupt and incompetent corporation.
They don't give a rats *** for their customers and consumers. INCOMPETENT IDIOTS and GREEDY BASTARDS!
