AT&T is revising DirecTV programming. Meanwhile it has messed up the program that already exists.

When I call them they acknowledge that it is messed up but they only say it will be fixed in one month. This has been going on for at least two months. Meanwhile I spend hours looking for programs that have disappeared from my playlist into the history list. I cannot keep the programs as I could before.

The whole system is messed up so therefore I am not getting the service I am paying for, and in talkiing to AT&T three or four times, although though they agree that the programming is messed up, they gave me no satisfaction in terms of compensation for the loss of service. They only say that it will be restored in one month meanwhile I'm stuck scrolling through programs trying to find those that should be in my playlists.

I have been a customer for for nearly 20 years and will be canceling my service. I give AT&T one star.
