I also have been a DIRECTV customer for years and started reaching out to them (ATT) when ATT took over I thought it was just an upgrade that went wrong and they would have it fixed in the next week or so as I also have a playlist issue and the recordings stopped showing up and I was told numerous times that they were working on a fix. This was well over six months ago!!!
I’m curious if anyone truly believes that they are even working on a fix as most of my conversations have been by chat with no solution and me being patient but I will probably pick the phone up and call to cancel unless somebody here gives me a little hope or advice as I don’t need to pay for cable that I can’t see what I’m recording. I might as well pay cheaper version to stream if that’s the case.
I would appreciate any advice on to be patient or give up. Thanks from Montana
