DIRECTV is a scam artist and customer service sucks no one speaks clear English where you can understand and then they get upset with you when you can’t understand what they’re saying and you ask for a manager and it takes forever for manager to come and respond on the line. They take money out of your account don’t apply it to your bill over charge you for channels that you didn’t ask for continuing to over charge your account without your permission.

And when confronted with the information then they try to fix the problem. I advise anyone to keep confirmation numbers and try to use your checking account so you will have a receipt.
