My direct tv service was disconnected at my request because I could no longer afford it. However, my three commercial channels were also disconnected.

Despite 3 phone calls to the alleged customer service line, I, in so many words, was told that my direct tv had been cancelled & then they hung up on me. Not one word as to why the 3 commercial channels were also disconnected & not one word as to when these 3 channels (02, 11 & 13) would be connected back up. Apparently the former payer of the bill left a balance.

Would you care to guess when that balance will be paid?? It will be paid only when I get my 3 commercial channels back.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Directv Cons: Rude customer service, Honesty.

You disconnected your service, you are no longer a customer, why should they help you fix YOUR issue call the people who make your TV, call dish network for help its the same thing a non customer asking for help on service not provided by that company
