I am very upset I stop getting a bill not sure why put when directtv became directtvatt they changed the price of my bill the raised the price of my proactive plan all with out my permission or my knowledge they when I called to speak to some one about it they hung up on me I have been a customer since 2010 I was told my prices would not change because my equipment was old and my chanels are not part of a package then they wanted me to change my package when I said I was happy with the package I have and I didn't want any changes made they hung up on me then when I went to see my bill on line seen all these big price changes what can I do I was very clear about my bill and they said y price would not change not happy I was so happy with my services with directtv but know I am ready to just get a fire stick and watch thing that way thanks for your time

I liked: Used to be the best but now they are just okay.
