I canceled my service due to a steadily increasing bill, sent the equipment back 3 days later after receiving the prepaid box from Direct TV. Aug 2nd

I talked to 7 reps and finally was told I was good to go.

{Nothing owed}

They originally tried to say I owed the month of August. With no way to watch TV. Equipment was sent back, Had a confirmation # that it was received.

2 years later they send the same bill for August that I did not owe to collections.

If you cancel service and do not have any equipment how do you possibly owe anything. Crooks and a very unprofessional company.

Do Not use them and if you are customer I highly suggest you dump them.

Be sure to leave a review, it's the only way to warn people how dishonest they are. Very Greedy Corporation!

User's recommendation: Avoid Direct TV and ATT at all cost. Choose another company.

Monetary Loss: $95.

Preferred solution: withdraw collections request and apologise for your error along with a refund..
