Broken contract by directv
When I agreed to return to directv the representative told me it was a 2 year - one price contract, total $62.89.My internet is with a local provider and I have been with my current cell phone company for 10 years all told to the sales representative.
After a year my bill went to $110.46. Getting someone to help is non existent. Then someone checked the recording of my initial contract and reversed the charges to $62.89, even sent me an e-mail confirming. The next month it went back up to $110.46 The next representative denied the email came from Directv although it has the name and date sent.
After wanting to cancel he said he could give it to me for $75.00 a month.
No way!!!Then they charged me a cancellation fee of $200.00 for their breaking the contract.
