The DirecTV salesperson made it sound like AT&T's catalog of content is unequaled - what a joke! My favorite series have maybe a handful of episodes available at most. I can't wait to get rid of this *** service and its abysmal customer service as well. Ugh!

It's a CBS caused issue not Dtv. Dtv isn't in control of the CBS channel.

Being upset at DTV here is like being mad and Walmart because mc donalds forgot to put ketchup in your happy meal, totally asinine. To watch star trek discovery CBS is only allowing it to people who pay them for their *** streaming service.

I would suggest pirating the show online. Problem solved.

Consumer win vs DirecTV

After expending approx. 30 hours of my time to resolve a DirecTV billing error, and getting nowhere, I finally had to resort to filing a complaint with my state "Consumer Affairs" protection division. Most, if not all, states have a similar state protection bureau and you can file a complaint. I wish I had started there. It would have saved me a lot of time. Although DirecTV could not/ or would not refund the money they had overcharged me based upon my numerous phone calls and emails, they did respond to the inquiry on my behalf from the State Consumer Protection agency. I received a phone call, and got resolution from the corporate level. I hope this helps someone else. Based upon my experience with DirecTV, I believe they hope to stall you for so long that you finally just give up. Fight Back! If you are being stonewalled, contact your State "Consumer Affairs" protection division for help in your personal battle with DirecTV.

I called Direct tv and asked if bundle service could be installed Oct 1st and if not do not change my service from comcast as I am a 69 widow on small ss income & need to reduce mo costs. Also verify that charge will be $89.99 and no more which tech did. Recd a confirmation install would be on 10/1 however, only tv was installed and charges started then?? and not Nov 12th when bundle would be installed. This caused me to receive 2 monthly bills & then bills from AT&T & Direct Tv started I have 5 accounts?? In March my service was cancelled as I would not pay for extra services and high charges. After over 20 phone calls and emails to customer care at Direct Tv with no avail, creditors start calling I have filed claims and with Ftc . I cannot pay all my ss income for service I have not had. No service since March but still billed, after all equipment returned?? Quality should listen to my call Do Not change my service if you cannot install by Oct 1st. The tech never advised me all bundle services would not be installed on Oct 1st or I would never allowed him in my house. Can anyone help?
