When I signed up for directtv, I was given a cost for two years. After one year AT&T informed me that our cost would go up.

They were not interested in the fact that I had a signed contract. I could get a better price cost if I bundled my services. Why would I want to change from the best service available to what they would give me. They are not fair and if I could do,it all over again, I would not.

They are nothing but a bunch of cheaters. One other aspect that I also ignored was the fact that I was to receive a $200 VISA card at the time of my signing. This never came and when I asked them what was going on, I was told that my time limit had expired and that I would not get the monies I thought and was promised.

Is this the type of business they expect to get new customers from? Not to bother..
