I received a bill from DirecTV for $565.43 indicating that I had ordered movies of which I did not. I am 81years old and I don't watch movies.

I watch sports. I tried to state my case but to no avail, they didn't listen. Apparently they mixed my bill up with someone else's. I have been with this service for over two years and never had a problem with added stuff to my account.

I have been informed to pay within 7 days or get my service suspended. I sleep and rest most of the time.

I don't watch Playboy and all the other movies they had listed and unlisted. I am being railroaded and taken advantage of as a senior citizen.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: pay my monthly bill excluding movies alledged..
