Direct TV really sucks, The representative lied to me from the start, told me that as long as I paid my bill on time each month I would receive the promotional price which turned out to be not true and that is the only reason I signed up. Now I am stuck with a 2 year contract.

On top of that you have the worst tv service in the world along with the worst customer service, everyone I tried to talk to has an accent which makes it hard to understand what they are saying.

I would just like to get out of the two year agreement and let you take it all back. At this point I wouldn't recommend any part of Direct TV to anyone.

I didn't like: I have had it for one week and i hate it, Almost every aspect.
