The TV won’t change stations, never happened before & recently got out of hospital, I’m 80 years old & just want to watch TV , regular stations I watch, it’s not letting me change stations it’s stuck
Went to turn on TV this morning cause want to watch news& programs I like. At first there was nothing & now its stuck on Channel 2.
Just recently got out of hospital & re-hab, this is only communication I have until PT comes . The TV is a way of me connecting to outside world, Im 80 years old , I read devotions & talk on my phone , really have been with the service-whats WRONG

Your representative told me this morning that the bill was not paid five minutes ago. Y'all told me the bill was paid; I don't know who to believe.

Lower my bill Im on a set income and this is not what I was told when I started with Direct Tv. Dont appreciate being lied to.
Will not recommend direct tv to anyone I just feel bad that people can treat others like this. This is not how I treat people

My account was closed because I had two disputed charges on it, so I couldn't pay my bill until Monday! He got that set up for me! He was awesome and very helpful!
Received DirectTV devises which I did not order
I didnt resolve my issue. Received Direct TV devices, which I did not order .
Only. AI asking my phone and zip code and repeating again same information but not giving life agent to speak .

Can't get a connection apparently
Horrible service providers people talk over you asking the same question over and over as if they can't hear you and you can pretty much hear the party going on in the background. Horrible customer service
