Back in November, I cancelled my service with Direct TV. I returned all the equipment sent to me and received a confirmation email on November 18th that they had received my returned items.
I have been billed twice for $95.99; once in November and once in December. When I called the company, they said my service had not been cancelled when I called. I was told there would be a charge of $466.00 to cancel.
I was very unhappy to hear that but agreed to pay as I needed to cancel. Not a happy camper!
Trying to find out why I don't have Cbs
If you can't seem to get a agreement made with CVS out of Springfield then hook me up with CVS out of Kansas City I don't care which one's going to be my local I just want CBS

I wanted to add Fox Nation to my channels. I have seen it advertised on TV many times for $1.99 a month.
Now, I was told by one man that it would be $5.00. I called back and a lady told me I couldn't get the channel.
DirecTV needs to get their act together before allowing channels and prices to advertise on their network. They may lose a customer over $3.00.

I was on hold for over 15 min. No answer. No call back.
I called and was on hold for 15 min. No one ever spoke to me .
I had hoped Direct TV would be better than Spectrum. Very disappointing.

I'm PISSED
I got disconnected and they didn't call me back. They say one thing and do something other than what they said.
Service met my expectations.
Some disconnect between online chat personnel to asking someone else to have a technician come to my residence. I'm the end, I solved my own issue with input from live online chat.

I'm not getting the channels I get on my TV on my app on my phone. The channels I got on DirecTV app to watch on my iPhone are different. Changed overnight.
