I got a HD TV from my son. I was so excited.
I had 2 direct tv service calls and 1 tv repairman look at why no picture. Then I got a picture but black and white. I needed a new dish. Well to my surprise I also got a 2 year contract.
I called very upset. First I told direct tv I wanted no contract since I lost my job Then I called a second time was told I had to get a 1 year contract WHY I asked. I'm not getting a new plan have been with direct tv since 2011. I called again and they said I'm stuck with a contract For what I am paying 10 every month for a new box now I needed new dish I should have a contract????????
Why a new contract??????? As soon as this is done I'm done Now I called back regarding my bill. I have protection plan BUY got charged 99 for a service call why????????????
What the heck!!!!!!! Direct tv needs to look at what's going on!!!!!!!!
