I cancelled my Direct TV because of moving. As a side point they have one of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

First it is hard to find somebody who can speak quality english and for the person to actually complete the requested task. Here is my issue. I cancelled my Direct TV over 90 days ago. I sent everything back as requested and my account has a credit of over $120.00.

I am first told it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process. I wait that period of time. I call them again ( as always I get somebody who is not from the US and does not understand how to figure out what needs to be done ). I get a supervisor and they verify the credit amount and say it will take 2 weeks more and YES they will send to my new address.

Still no refund. I call yesterday and all refunds are handled by a third party company. I call them ( again no good english speaking person ) . A credit was sent but it had been returned and destroyed because it was sent to the old mailing address.

They supposedly issued a new refund and it takes 7-10 business days. Incompetence at the highest level.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
